We're giving away $500 worth of wine to our favourite tree, $300 to the second and $200 to the third. Impress us, make us laugh, be creative! And don't fear if your tree is pathetic, there will also be a FREE CASE of wine for last place (saddest looking tree).

Eligibility
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a Australian citizen or permanent legal resident. Employees of Winemarket Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. All photos must be your own and have been taken within the last 12 months.
Entry Format
Entries may be color or black and white digital images, and less than 5 megabytes in size.
Multiple Entries per Person
You may submit only one entry into the contest.
Inappropriate Content
Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. Winemarket retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Copyright
Any entry you submit must be a picture by yourself. Do not submit a photo by someone other than yourself. Do not submit a photo of someone without their permission. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo and entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
Ownership/Use Rights
By entering the contest, entrants agree to have their submitted photograph displayed on the Winemarket facebook site and any marketing collateral for the duration of the competition. Winemarket reserves the right to disqualify and delete any photographs or user profiles, without notice, and for any reason.
Judging
Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity, visual appeal, and effectiveness in conveying characteristic synonymous with the Winemarket Brand. Winemarket will judge the entries and all contest decisions are final.
Winners
Winemarket will select 3 winners. 1st prize will receive $500 worth of wine (5 cases), 2nd place will receive $300 of wine (3 cases), 3rd place will receive $200 worth of wine (2 cases) from Winemarket.com.au. Winners will be notified by email on the winner announcement date (Friday21st December), using the email address provided on the entry form. No financial compensation will be provided to winners but winners will have the opportunity to select wines/varieties they might like!
