Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. This competition is being promoted by MacArthur Central Shopping Centre Pty Ltd ABN 99 598 409 154 (the Promoter) at MacArthur Central Shopping Centre, 255 Queen Street, Brisbane Qld 4000. Employees and the immediate family of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes retailers, retail employees, the advertising agency and their immediate families within MacArthur Central Shopping Centre and Precision Group of Companies. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. If you do not provide the information requested, you will not be entered into the competition.
The competition commences on Monday 10th December 2012 and concludes at 12.00pm (midday) EST on Friday, 28th December 2012.
The draw will take place at Centre Management Office 12 midday on Friday, 28th December 2012 on the lower ground floor of MacArthur Central Shopping Centre. The winner will be notified by telephone and the winner’s name will be published on the MacArthur Central Shopping Centre website. The judges decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
The prize winner will receive a $5,000 Travel Voucher from Escape Travel at MacArthur Central Shopping Centre.
One Prize Winner Only. Total prize value is $5,000. Prize is not transferable. To enter, the entrant must complete the entry form via the MacArthur Central website. Only one entry per person will be permitted. The Promoter, and its associates, agencies and companies shall not be liable in any way (including without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability will be limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter collects entrants personal information in order to conduct the promotion.
If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in this promotion. The information participants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this promotion each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter, may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending electronic messages, addressed mail or telephoning the entrant. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
