1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to permanent residents of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT or TAS (Australia) and New Zealand. Employees of the promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their families are ineligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter the competition;
■Answer the questions on the PLAY SEE TRY application during the promotional period and then in 25words or less answer ‘what could you see better if you owned the perfect pair of Bollés. The winning answer will be determined by Bollé and announced and notified on facebook.
■Entrants must be 13 years or over
4. Competitors are eligible to enter as many times as they wish. Of course, there is no restriction to the number of times the PLAY SEE TRY questionnaire can be played.
5. The entry that is submitted onto the Bollé facebook app is thereby granting the content property of Bollé. Bollé may store content for future endeavours and use at leisure without seeking permissions or consent from original source.
6. The promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity. Verification is at the promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct or integrity of the promotion.
7. The promotion commences January 10th entries close March 07.
8. The winner of the competition will be announced March 07TH on Facebook. Prize winners have 14 days to confirm the selection of their holiday option.
