Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This is a game of chance.
Entry to this competition is restricted to persons of or
over 18 years of age.Entry to this competition is open to
all residents of New South Wales, except employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), agents and contractors of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion including retailers at Richmond Marketplace and their employees, who are not eligible to enter.

Promotion commences at 9.00am (local time) on Thursday 13th December 2012 and closes at 3pm (local time) on Monday 24th December 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, enter by:

When users are successful at entering the draw, their name will be automatically entered into an Excel spreadsheet at the office of Bullet Studios, 123 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. The winners name will be drawn by Bullet Creative using ‘Random Selection’ in Excel to select a winner’s name.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Entrants may enter the competition more than once.There will be 12 prizes and 12 prize winners only.
Once an individual has won one daily prize they will not be eligible to win any further daily prizes in the competition, however they will still be eligible to win the major prize draw per condition 15.
There will be a random prize draw at 5.00pm (local time) each day from 13th December 2012 until 24th December 2012 (12 draws in total).
Entries received between 9.01am (local time) and 4.59pm (local time) on 13th December 2012 will be entered into the first daily prize draw, to take place at 5.00pm (local time) on 13th December 2012. Entries received between 5.00pm (local time) on 13th December and 4.59pm (local time) on 14th December 2012 will be entered into the second daily prize draw, to take place at 5.00pm (local time) on 14th December 2012. Entries received between 5.00pm (local time) on 14th December and 4.59pm (local time) on 15th December 2012 will be entered into the third daily prize draw, to take place at 5.00pm (local time) on 15th December 2012. All entries received during the entire promotion period will be entered into the major prize draw, to take place at 3.30pm (local time) on 24th December 2012.
Each prize draw will take place at Bullet Studios, 123 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries in each draw and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Non-winning entries in each draw will be entered into subsequent draws. In the event no entries are received in a particular draw, the prize will be awarded in the subsequent draw.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.

The Entertainment Package winner’s name will be published in the Hawkesbury Gazette newspaper on the 2nd January 2013.
Should the winners not claim their prizes within 6 weeks of the promotion end date, all entries will be resubmitted into another random prize draw. The random prize draw will be drawn by the Senior Marketing Manager of Richmond Marketplace and winners will be contacted by email.
At the end of the promotion, all existing claims to prizes and entitlements will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
