1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this “12 Days of Christmas” Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILTY
2. Subject to condition 3, this Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, Tony Bianco or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.
PROMOTION PERIOD
3. This Promotion commences at 1pm Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“AEDST”) on 12/12/2012 and ends at 11.59pm AEDST on 23/12/2012 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
4. Eligible individuals can enter the promotion through the “12 days of Christmas” application (“Application”) on the Facebook Platform. Individuals can locate the Application on the tab found on the Tony Bianco page on Facebook (
www.facebook.com/TBshoes) (“Tony Bianco Shoes Page”).
5. Eligible individuals must “Like” the Tony Bianco Page and agree to allow the Application. Eligible individuals must use the Application to select a virtual Tony Bianco shoe box to reveal whether or not they have won an instant win prize.
6. Instant winners will be immediately notified in writing on screen via a notification pop up screen. To claim an instant win prize, instant winners must input the requested details on the instant win prize claim form section of the notification page including their full name, valid email address, agree to the Terms and Conditions and submit the fully completed instant win prize claim form during the Promotion Period. Instant winners will also be automatically entered into the major prize draw following submission of the instant win prize claim form.
7. Non-instant winning entrants will be notified via non-winning notification page, but will also be given the opportunity to enter into the major prize draw. To enter the major prize draw, entrants must input the requested details into the entry form section of the notification page including their name, valid email address, agree to the Terms and Conditions and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
8. Following entry into the major prize draw via the submission of an instant win prize claim form or entry form in accordance with the above, entrants accept the referral of this Promotion to their friends/relatives and networks via a sharing page.
9. Maximum of one (1) instant win entry and one (1) initial major prize draw entry permitted per entrant for entering the Promotion.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
1.Any prize that has been won but remains unclaimed will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 24/12/2012. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. In the case of a major prize draw winner, their name will be published on the Tony Bianco Facebook page
GENERAL
1.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
2.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
3.If a winner of any prize is under the age of 16 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
4.If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

6.Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
