Terms and Conditions – Sizzler Great Australian Summer Holiday Competition

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter of this competition is Collins Foods Limited (trading through its subsidiary, Sizzler Restaurants Group Pty Ltd, which is the operator of all the Sizzler Restaurants in Australia).

3. Employees and immediate families of the promoter; associated companies and agencies of Collins Foods Limited, are ineligible to enter.

4. Entry is open to Australian citizens only.

5. Promotion commences 9am (AEST) Monday 17 December 2012 and closes 9pm (AEST) Sunday 3 February 2013.

6. Entry is conditional upon dining at a Sizzler Australia restaurant during the period of the promotion 17 December 2012 to 3 February 2013.

7. To be eligible an entrant must first dine at Sizzler for breakfast (selected restaurants only), lunch or dinner anytime from Monday 17 December 2012 until Sunday 3 February 2013, retain their original register receipt, then complete and submit the entry form on either the Sizzler Australia website – http://www.sizzler.com.au/win-a-summer-holiday or Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/sizzleraus.

8. Entry via Facebook is conditional upon ‘Liking’ the Sizzler Australia Facebook Page (http://www.facebook.com/SizzlerAus).

9. On the entry form entrants must fill in the receipt number and restaurant number found on their valid register receipt.

10. Entry is only available with a valid register receipt dated between 17 December 2012 and 3 February 2013.

11. Customers may enter the competition multiple times, however one entry only may be submitted per receipt.

12. The promoter reserves the right to remove all duplicate entries for the same receipt.

13. There is one prize draw determining the one major prize winner, who will win a $7000 Flight Centre Gift Card and 20 minor prize winners, who will each win a $100 Sizzler Gift Card.

14. Please note that each entrant will only have the chance to win either the $7000 Flight Centre Gift Card or one Sizzler Gift Card.

15. The prize draw will take place on Monday 4 February 2013 at 16-20 Edmondstone Street, Newmarket Qld 4051. Entrants do not need to be present. Winners will be randomly selected by computer program.

16. Each winner will be notified by e-mail of their win and will be required to pick up their prize at the Sizzler restaurant they nominated on their entry form.

17. To claim their prize winners must present their original register receipt at time of collection.

18. Any prize that remains unclaimed 3 months after the prize draw will be redrawn.

19. All entrants will be able to view the full winner’s list via a link on the Sizzler Australia website and Sizzler Australia Facebook page.

20. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.

21. The Flight Centre Gift Card is valued at $7000.

23. Flight Centre Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

24. The Sizzler Gift Cards are valued at $100 and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

25. All entries become property of the promoter.

26. By entering this competition, you agree to be contacted by Sizzler and Flight Centre in the future for promotional purposes, except if you Opt Out on the entry form.

27. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
