ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will commence at 6.00am on Monday December 17, 2012 and will close at 6.00pm on Saturday December 24, 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Promotional Period at their complete discretion.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- NSW (calling from within the Sydney metropolitan telephone exchange area);
- Victoria;
- Queensland;
- South Australia;
- Western Australia;
- ACT.
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
The Promoter will prompt listeners to enter to win on air on the Today network stations nationally.
Listeners must SMS the following to 191 300 to win: “SMS the word “Bunnings”, your name, post code and two words that describe a Bunnings Gift Card.
Winners will be selected based on the most creative/unique entries. All decisions will be at the complete discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Entrants are advised that SMS text messages will cost 55cent. Entrants are advised to check with their individual carrier prior to entry.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS
The prize judging will take place at 1:00pm AEDST on Wednesday January 3rd 2013 at Fox FM of 257 Clarendon St, South Melbourne 3205.
A maximum of forty (40) valid SMS entries judged as the most creative/unique at the Promoter’s discretion will be selected as the prize winners (“winners”).
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified via electronic mail.
