Terms and Conditions Of Entry to Diamond Earrings Chance DrawMethod of Entry: Classification of entry must be that a recipient has “liked” the official Granite Planet Facebook page and provided their details on the above form, with consent to enter. As a reward for being part of the audience, all recipients whom provided their details will be placed into a draw to win Diamond Earrings valued at $2,700 RRP AUD.
Duration of Promotion: The promotion commences on 19th of October 2012
and closes at 11am AEST 24th of December 2012.Privacy: The winning entry will be drawn by full name via third party software “Sweep Judge" (
https://www.sweepjudge.com/). Terms and conditions (rules) of the random selection draw can be perused at this site.
All details will remain secure and names will only be used solely for the purpose of selecting a winner. Details will not be shared.
Details of prizes and prize values: The first entry drawn will win a $2,700 RRP AUD Diamond Earrings prize. The total prize value is $2,700 AUD. A valuation certificate will be provided upon prize distribution. Valued by Monaco Court Jewellery Manufacturer, on 10th of October 2012.
Date, Time and Place of draw: The draw will be conducted on 24th of December 2012 at 12pm (noon) AEST at 36 De Havilland Rd, Mordialloc, Victoria, Australia 3195.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email on 24th of December 2012 at 1pm AEST.
What constitutes a winning entry: Any participant, who has liked the page (a member of the official Granite Planet Facebook page), provided their contact details and agreed to the terms, will be eligible to win the prize. Each participant that likes the Granite Planet Facebook page can have only one entry in the prize draw, including original participants whom provided their details before commencement of this promotion.
This chance draw excludes all Granite Planet staff members, but is not limited to staff member’s spouses and families. They are eligible for entry.
Claiming the prize: The winner will be required to pick up their prize from: 36 De Havilland Rd, Mordialloc, Victoria, Australia 3195.
Prize pick up will be scheduled with the winner at an agreed upon time for which is convenient for both parties. If the winner does not live in close proximity to the stated address, the prize will be registered and then posted to the successful winner upon disclosure of a shipping address. Postage will then take place on Thursday 27th December 2012, unless distribution of the prize has been specified in another way with the winner.
Published results: The winner will be notified via email. Their full name will also be published on the Granite Planet official Facebook page (

www.graniteplanet.com.au) and will therefore be viewed in a public forum.
