CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – 2012 Celebration Promotion, December 2012

Promoter: Jupiters Limited ABN 78 010 741 045 trading as Treasury Brisbane, top of the Queen Street Mall, Brisbane QLD 4001 ph (07) 3306 8888 (“Treasury”).
Promotion period
1. The 2012 Celebration Promotion (“Promotion”) will be held at Treasury, commencing at 10am on Wednesday 26 December 2012 and finishing at the conclusion of the 10pm prize draw on Saturday 29 December 2012 (“Promotion Period”). All times are listed in Australian Eastern Standard Time.
2. Twenty Four (24) Prize Draws will be held on The Main Gaming Floor Stage, Level 1 at Treasury (“Draw Location”) during the Promotion Period. Prize Draws will be held on Wednesday 26 December, Thursday 27 December, Friday 28 December and Saturday 29 December 2012 (each a “Draw Day”). Prize draws will be held at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and 10pm on each Draw Day (“Prize Draw”) with two (2) winners at each draw.
Entry requirements
3. Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons who:
(a) are 18 years of age or older;
(b) are members of the Absolute Rewards program operated by the
Promoter and who have an Absolute Rewards membership card
(“Membership Card”); and
(c) are not the subject of an exclusion direction or self exclusion order
pursuant to the Casino Control Act 1982 (Qld).
People who meet the above conditions and continue to satisfy the conditions during the Promotion Period are referred to as “Eligible Entrants” and will be entitled to enter the Promotion.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any person entry in the Promotion.
Earning entries into a Prize Draw
5. Entries may be earned during the following times (each a “Entry Period”):
a. 10am to 11.45am to enter the 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and 10pm Prize Draws on that Draw Day.
b. 10am to 1.45pm to enter the 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and 10pm Prize Draws on that Draw Day.
c. 10am to 3.45pm to enter the 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and 10pm Prize Draws on that Draw Day.

d. 10am to 5.45pm to enter the 6pm, 8pm and 10pm Prize Draws on that Draw Day.
e. 10am to 7.45pm to enter the 8pm and 10pm Prize Draws on that Draw Day.
f. 10am to 9.45pm to enter the 10pm Prize Draw on that Draw Day.
6. Eligible Entrants will be eligible for one entry for every one CASINO DOLLARSTM earned for gaming machine play (when the Eligible Entrants Membership Card is correctly inserted into the gaming machine and removed from the gaming machine during the relevant period) or equivalent rated table play during each Entry Period (“Entry”). CASINO DOLLARSTM awarded as part of any other promotion or offer will not be included for the purposes of calculating entries for inclusion into any Prize Draw.
7. Entries into the Prize Draws can be generated by:
a. on gaming machine play, the Eligible Entrant correctly inserting their Membership Card into the gaming machine, recording the required volume of play and removing their Membership Card from the gaming machine during the Entry Period; or
b. on rated table game play, the Eligible Entrant providing their Membership Card to the table game croupier upon commencement of play within the Entry Period. The Eligible Entrant’s table game play will be entered via TableLink and electronically uploaded into the Casino Management System upon recording the required volume of play. An Eligible Entrant’s session of table play ends when the table game croupier swipes their Membership Card to finish off their play (failure to do this may result in an entry not being available for inclusion in any Prize Draw). It is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to request the table game croupier to finish off their session of play so that their Prize Draw entry may be included in the next Prize Draw; and
c. in either case, the Eligible Entrants who have earned entries in accordance with Conditions 5, 6, & 7 must swipe their Membership Card at a member kiosk during the Entry Period on a Draw Day to be eligible to enter that day’s Prize Draws.
Entries generated according to these Conditions of Entry will be included in the relevant Prize Draw (“Prize Draw Entry”).
Prize Draws
8. Prize Draws will be held at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and 10pm on each Draw Day at the Draw Location.
9. Each Prize Draw Entry will be automatically allocated a unique individual entry number using the Casino Management System. The number range programmed into an approved Random Number Generator (“RNG”) will be set for each Prize Draw to include all the entry numbers for Prize Draw Entries included in that Prize Draw.
10. At each Prize Draw, the name and membership number of two (2) Eligible Entrants will be selected by random selection using the relevant entry numbers for that Prize Draw (“Selected Entrants”). The name and membership number of the Selected Entrants will be announced at the Draw Location. The Selected Entrants must be “present at the Prize Draw” pursuant to Condition 11. The Promoter cannot guarantee that announcements can be heard in all parts of the Draw Location or in all parts of Treasury.
11. To be deemed “present at the Prize Draw”, the Selected Entrants must present themselves to a Treasury representative at the Draw Location or the Sovereign Room Desk Level 2, within three (3) minutes of their name being announced and provide suitable identification in accordance with Conditions 17 or 18 within five (5) minutes of presenting themselves. The Selected Entrant is not permitted to send a proxy to claim a Prize. Selected Entrants that are “present at the Prize Draw” will be eligible to win a Prize (each a “Winner”). There will be two (2) Winners at each Prize Draw.
12. If a Selected Entrant at a Prize Draw does not satisfy Condition 11 or does not otherwise satisfy these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will immediately conduct up to three (3) re-draws at the Draw Location if required to find two (2) Selected Entrants who are “present at the Prize Draw”. If after three (3) re-draws, two (2) Selected Entrants who satisfy Condition 11 have not been found, those of the first two (2) Selected Entrants who were drawn at that Prize Draw (but who did not satisfy Condition 11) will make up the required number of Winners (two (2) in total) for that Prize Draw, and those Selected Entrants will not be required to comply with Condition 12 (each a “Default Winner”).
13. An Identified Selected Entrant or Default Winner will be eligible to win a Prize (“Winner”). All Winners will receive their prizes according to Condition 14.
Prizes
14. A Winner at each Prize Draw, subject to compliance with these Conditions of Entry, will win $2012 Cash (“Prize”)
15. Winners may choose to take the Prize in the form of cash or a cheque or a combination of both.
Total Prize Pool
16. The total prize pool for the promotion is $96,576 cash.

17. An Eligible Entrant whose entry is drawn in a Prize Draw (“Selected Entrant”) must produce valid acceptable identification to a representative of the Promoter to confirm their eligibility to win a prize.
