5. Entering Trade Promotion Lotteries
Only registered Account holders are eligible to enter trade promotion lotteries, except in the case of any "Pre Launch Promotions" which LWS may implement. Account holders, or entrants in any of the Pre Launch promotions, are only permitted to enter each individual trade promotion lottery once. You acknowledge that you must agree to the 'prize specific' terms and conditions listed for each individual trade promotion lottery (if applicable). The 'prize specific' terms and conditions are determined by the supplier of the goods or services and LWS makes no warranty and does not accept any responsibility or liability in relation to those 'prize specific' terms and conditions.
6. Drawing Prizes
Each trade promotion lottery is drawn randomly by computer program.
Once the winner has been selected they will be instantly notified via email that they have won. The email will contain further instructions on how to claim the prize. The winner will also be notified via telephone within twenty four (24) hours.
The winner will be provided with a period of seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize within the seven (7) day period, the winner forfeits their prize and the prize is re-drawn randomly by computer program and a new winner will be notified. This process will be repeated until the prize has been claimed.
