Australian residents aged 18 years and over and Australian residents under 18 years who have obtained the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter this Competition.
Entrants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years of age or over while taking the Prize.
Entrants must be able to take the travel prize within 12 months of winning.
Entrants and their companion/s must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the date.
The competition begins at 06:00 (local time) on Monday 17th December 2012.
Entries into the competition close at 23:59 (local time) on Thursday 31st January 2013.
During the Competition Period, entrants will be encouraged via on air commercials and in store marketing to visit a Hungry Jack‟s store to collect a „Hungry Jack’s Summer Promotion’ loyalty card (cards are subject to availability at each individual store) and then purchase a minimum of three (3) meal deals* from Hungry Jack‟s Pty Ltd as follows.
1) Visit One (1): With the purchase of the first (1st) meal deal as available on the in store menus the Participant will receive a Summer Promotion loyalty card and one (1) stamp (at the Promoters absolute and sole discretion)
2) Visit Two (2): With the purchase of the second (2nd) meal deal as available on the in store menus the Participant will receive one (1) stamp on their Summer Promotion loyalty card and will also receive a free sundae valued at up to $2.95AUD (subject to availability and at the Promoters absolute and sole discretion)
3) Visit Three (3): With the purchase of third (3rd) meal deal as available on the in store menus the Participant will receive one (1) stamp on their Summer Promotion loyalty card and will also receive a free storm (ice- cream) valued at up to $3.75AUD (subject to availability and at the Promoters absolute and sole discretion)
Once the Participant has successfully obtained the three (3) stamps on their Summer Promotion loyalty card they will need to fill in the required personal information which includes but is not limited to; full name, DOB, address, suburb, state, email address, day time contact phone number and place their Summer Promotion loyalty card into the in-store Summer Promotion entry box by 23:59 (local time) on Thursday January 31, 2013 to be included in the Prize Draw.
For the avoidance of doubt it is the Participants responsibility to ensure that their Summer Promotion loyalty card is stamped in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and that their loyalty card is entered into the in-store promotional box during the Competition Period to make sure it is included in the Prize Draw. No late entries will be included in the Prize Draw (at the Promoter‟s absolute and sole discretion).
All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be placed into a random Prize draw, in accordance with the Draw Details and the selected entrant from the Draw will be deemed the winner and be awarded the Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt entrants must visit a participating Hungry Jack‟s store on three (3) separate occasions (across three (3) separate transactions) during the Competition Period in order to receive stamps on their loyalty card and to be deemed eligible to enter the competition (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
All cards expire (including any offers of free products) at the end of the Competition Period.
The Promoter may terminate or suspend the Summer Promotion at any time before the due date for termination, in the event that supervening circumstances occur which are beyond the Promoter's reasonable control (including, without limit, where stocks of loyalty cards have been exhausted due to unexpected demand or have become un-useable for any reason). Details of any such termination or suspension shall be posted at
http://www.hungryjacks.com.au/summerloyaltycardAny Loyalty Card which appears in the absolute discretion of a Hungry Jack‟s staff member to be photocopied, counterfeit, illegible, damaged or tampered with or affected will be deemed invalid for all purposes (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and will be retained by representatives of the Promoter.
* For the avoidance of doubt a “meal deal” consists of a either a burger, wrap or
nuggets with fries and a drink as specified on the Hungry Jack‟s menu in-store and as described by Hungry Jack‟s Pty Ltd staff in-store.
Entrants may submit as many entries into the competition as they wish, however entrants must complete a separate and complete Summer Promotion loyal card for each entry submitted.
One prize draw will be conducted as follows:
The Draw will be conducted on Friday February 15, 2013 between 12:00 and 15:00 AEDST at Level 2, 678 Victoria Street, Richmond Victoria 3121.
There is one (1) prize to be won, as follows:
Prize: One (1) holiday package for two (2) people to Hawaii valued at up to $10,000 (inc GST)
The Hawaiian holiday package includes:
- Return economy class flights for 2 from the winners nearest Australian capital city to Honolulu, Hawaii
- All airline and airport taxes
- Return private transfers from airport to accommodation
- 7 nights 4* accommodation at the Sheraton Waikiki (or similar)
- 2-hour private surfing lesson for 2 at ex-pro Han Hedemann Surf School
including all equipment
- 80-minute traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi massage per person at the

- Paradise Cove Luau including traditional Hawaiian Luau dinner, selected

Please note: Hawaiian experiences may differ slightly at the time of booking and are subject to availability by the provider.
Travel is between 1 March,2013 to , 31 December 2013 only. Travel is subject to blackout periods including but not limited to State and national school holidays and public holidays or as otherwise advised to the winner by the Prize Provider.
Travellers under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years of age or over.Prize is subject to all restrictions as set by the airlines and prize providers.
Additional costs (including, but not limited to food, transfers, spending money and insurance) remain the responsibility of the prize winner and their nominated companion as incurred.
Winner and companion must register online for ESTA immigration at
https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. A registration fee of fourteen US dollars each is required and may be paid by winner & guest on credit or debit card.
Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above or as advised by the Promoter at the time of winning are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion as incurred.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by
airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed

No portion of the Prize is redeemable for cash. The Prize is not refundable or transferable.

On completion of Prize indemnity forms the prize will be provided to the prize winner by the Station and Free 2 Travel via the Prize Winners nominated email address or as specified by the Promoter.
