Registrations will open at 9.00am on Friday 21st December 2012 and will close at 11.59pm on Wednesday 2nd January 2013 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own discretion.

Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
During the Registration Period, listeners will be required to go to the website

At the time of entry, listeners will also be asked to specify which festival date they would prefer to attend.

- Sunday 20th January 2013 – Parklands, Gold Coast;
- Friday 25th January 2013 – Showground, Adelaide;
- Saturday 26th January 2013 – Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne;
- Monday 28th January 2013 – Claremont Showgrounds, Perth.

The Competition will be judged at 10.00am on Tuesday 8th January 2013 at Southern Cross Austereo of Level 2, 257 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne Victoria.
Entries will be based on the following criteria:
- Creativity of entry;
- Originality of entry;
- Suitability of entry.
The best (5) five entries at the discretion of the Promoter will win a double pass to the Big Day Out festival of their choice (selected at the time of entry) and a meet and greet with one of the artists appearing at the Big Day Out Festival 2013.
A maximum of twenty (20) runners up will win a double pass to the Big Day Out festival of their choice (selected at the time of entry).
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There will be a maximum of (5) five major prizes and (20) twenty minor prizes Nationally.
Each of the five (5) major prizes will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- Double pass (2 tickets) to the Big Day Out Festival of your choice (selected at the time of entry)
- A meet & greet with one of the artists appearing at the Big Day Out Festival 2013.
Artist to be confirmed closer to the date of festival and is at the discretion of the competition promoter and promoter of the festival.
Maximum Major Prize Value: $330 + Money Can’t Buy
MINOR PRIZE
Each of the twenty (20) major prizes will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- Double pass (2 tickets) to the Big Day Out Festival of your choice (selected at the time of entry)
Maximum Minor Prize Value: $330
Maximum prize pool: $8250 + Money Can’t Buy

Flights/transport are not included as a part of the prize. Winners are to make their own travel arrangements to the Big Day Out Festival of their choice (specified at the time of entry).
By entering this promotion, the entrant confirms and acknowledges that the Promoter owns all copyright in all material produced throughout the promotion. The Promoter may use this material in their discretion for the purposes of marketing and publicity. The entrant will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The meet and greet artist will be confirmed closer to the date of festival and is at the discretion of the competition promoter and promoter of the festival Should the meet and greet element of the prize become unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter the Prize winner will forfeit this element of the prize in its entirety.
Both the prize winner and their guests must have a valid photo I.D and must be aged 18 years and over.
The prize includes only elements listed in Item.11, anything additional or ancillary to the prize will be covered at the expense of the prize winner.
The prize is not redeemable or transferable for cash. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
