2. The draw for the prizes will take place on Friday 1st March 2013 at the Rotorua Airport office.
3. All entries for this Promotion will be via the Nzo website.

4. The VIP prize package, advertised in the Australian market, valued at approx $5,015.00, consists of two Economy Class return flights from Sydney to Rotorua with Air New Zealand,
(winners must make their own way to Sydney Airport. Flights must be redeemed before April 30, 2013, subject to availability, and must be booked 4 weeks prior to travel. Flight prize is inclusive of the Airline taxes and levies), accommodation for two adults for three consecutive nights at the Lake Okareka Cottage and Loft at Lake Okareka. Visas, passports and transport to and from the winner's home and airport in Australia, departure tax ex Auckland of $25.00 and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. If the winner would like to bring their bike(s) from Australia this will need to be discussed/arranged with the airline, by the winner. The cost of bike carriage by the airline will be the responsibility of the winner(s).
5. The winner will be notified by phone or email. Rotorua Airport and Nzo will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner but if the winner is not able to be contacted by the 10th March 2013 we will draw another winner. Rotorua Airport and Nzo reserves the right if necessary to change any of the prizes for other prizes of equivalent value.
6. Prize winner(s) will be determined by random draw. Rotorua Airport and Nzo will discuss the method for claiming the prize with the winner on initial contact. Vouchers will either be couriered to the winner’s residential address or collected by the winner on arrival in Rotorua.
7. Arranging passports for all those travelling is the responsibility of the winner(s).
8. Rotorua Airport and Nzo shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, death, personal injury, damage or loss to personal property or any indirect or consequential loss) or sustained by the prize winner and any accompanying travellers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Prizes, including any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize. No other person will be able to participate on the entrant’s behalf.
The prize is for two adults. Winner must advise of their accompanying adults name on accepting the prize.
11. Redemption of any prize constitutes the winner's consent that Rotorua Airport and Nzo may use the winner's name, city or town, photos and video footage for current or future publicity purposes. The winner(s) will waive any claims to royalty right or remuneration. It is also a condition of accepting the grand prize that the winner signs a legal release in a form determined by Rotorua Airport and Nzo.
12. All personal details provided by the entrant to participate in the promotion will be held by Rotorua Airport, Flow Mountainbike and Nzo for the purpose of the promotion. Personal details may also be used by Rotorua Airport, Flow Mountainbike and Nzo for future marketing and promotional purpose. You have rights of access and correction of personal information on the Nzo web site.
13. Rotorua Airport and Nzo reserve the right to refuse awarding the prize to a person determined to have violated a rules as outlined in the promotion Terms and Conditions of entry, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promo or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
14. Rotorua Airport and Nzo decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
