VersaTool Promotion: How To Enter & Condition of Entry:
Promotion commences Monday 1st October 2012; entries close at 22:00pm Monday the 31st December 2012.
Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 with a current drivers license.
Entrants of the promotion are placed into a draw to win a Honda VersaTool pack, consisting of the UMC425 Power Head plus one of each attachment: Brushcutter, Hedgecutter Long, Hegecutter Short, Pruner, Edger, Blower, Cultivator and Extension Pole. The VersaTool pack is valued at approximately $2501 at the time of the promotion and is subject to change without notice.

Entry is automatic when contact details are entered on the versatool website. Every person who registers on the website during the promotion period will go into the running to win one Honda VersaTool pack. Only one entry per email address is permissible.
By entering the draw, entrant is automatically giving the Promoter (Honda Australia Motorcycles and Power Equipment P/L) permission to use his/her contact details for promotional purposes. Entrant may opt–out of any marketing database by following the instructions contained in any of the promotional emails received from the Promoter. Entrant details will not be shared with any other company.
Draw details: The competition will be drawn at Honda Motorcycles & Power Equipment Head Office, 1954 - 1956 Hume Highway, Campbellfield, Victoria 3061, on Monday 7th January 2013 at 10.00am EST. The prize winner will be notified by Email and Telephone and the winners details will be published on
www.versatool.com.au on Tuesday 8th January 2013. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
Should a winner of the Draw not claim their prize within three calendar months of the Draw (8th April 2013), a re-draw shall occur at the same venue on Friday 12th April 2013 at 10am EST. The prize winner will be notified by Email, Telephone and the winners details will be published on
www.versatool.com.au on Monday the 15th April 2013. The re-draw shall be conducted under the same terms and conditions as the original Draw.
Any costs incurred in excess of the RRP of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant's participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
