1.Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2.Entry is open to residents of Western Australia who are 18 years of age and over. Employees of Summit Homes Group (“The Promoter”), the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3.By entering this competition, entrants understand and agree to being contacted by or on behalf of Summit Homes Group for the purpose of contacting you with new promotion and opportunities for an indefinite period of time or until you advise Summit Homes Group otherwise.
4.A valid entry requires that all mandatory fields of entry are completed. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
5.The promotion commences Thursday 29th November 2012 and closes Monday 31st December 2012 at 5pm Australian Western Standard Time.
6.The prize draw will be conducted at Summit Homes Group on Tuesday 2nd January 2013.
7.The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entrant is drawn.
8.To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a. Visit the official New Generation Homes Facebook page at:
www.facebook.com/newgenerationhomes b. Click the ‘like’ button (if not previously done so)
c. Follow the prompts on the promotion application
d. Input all the requested details on the entry form; and
e. Submit the fully completed entry form.
9.Entry is limited to one per entrant (classified as same Facebook profile). Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid.
10.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify and entrant for tampering with the entry process.
11.Any cost associated with accessing the New Generation Homes Facebook page is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependant on the Internet service provider used.
12.All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
13.The major prize will be a $1,000 Harvey Norman gift voucher. Redeemable for $1,000 of products at Harvey Norman Osborne Park, Western Australia. The total prize value is $1,000. If the winner does not reside in Perth, the closest Harvey Norman store to their region will be chosen.
14.The winner will be notified by phone and mail and their name will be published on Facebook.
15.The prize is not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash.
16.The Promoter is not liable for loss or damage which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17.Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be help in accordance with the Summit Homes Group Privacy Policy.
18.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19.By entering the competition, the prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright of any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s
20.The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
21.The prize only applies to residents on Western Australia.

The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for an liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24.The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
25.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
26.Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
