Entry
1. “The Promoter” is Menulog Pty Ltd (ABN: 76 120 943 615) of Level 9, 447 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

Entry into this competition (the “Competition”) is open to all permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.3. Menulog employees (or immediate family) are not eligible to enter.
4. The Menulog Giveaway means that customers will automatically go in the draw to win the major prize of $2500 upon completing a takeaway order on Menulog. Incomplete orders will be deemed invalid.
5. Promotional period means all completed takeaway orders must be within the promotional period beginning at 00:01hrs (AEDT) on Monday December 17th 2012 and closes at 23:59hrs (AEDT) on Thursday January 31st 2013.
6. The Competition is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7. By entering the Competition, participants consent to receiving the Menulog newsletter to the e-mail address submitted in their entry. Entrants can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.
8. More you order, More chances you have winning $2500 worth of Menulog takeaway vouchers.
Prize
9. There will be one major prize awarded with the value of $2500. The prize consists of 52 x $25 Menulog vouchers and 24 x $50 Menulog vouchers. Only one voucher can be used per order. All vouchers are valid for one year beginning 11th February 2013 until 11th February 2014.
10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
11. All Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize.
12. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter Menulog Pty Ltd for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent the Prize winner from winning the Prize.
Winner
13. The prize winner will be randomly selected on the 6th February 2013 at 3 p.m. Level 9, 447 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 and officially announced on the 11th February 2013 at 3 p.m.
14. Winner will be notified by e-mail and announced on
www.menulog.com.au, Menulog social media including Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus.
15. Winner will be given three months to claim their prize; if necessary the redraw will take place on the 13th May 2013 at 3 p.m. at Level 9, 447 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
16. Unless otherwise stated, all timing references are based on Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
General
17. Subject to relevant state authority approval, Menulog reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
(a) Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or
(b) Menulog cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control.
18. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that Menulog cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prizes it shall not:
(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
(b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
19. No responsibility will be accepted by Menulog for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Menulog’s database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. Menulog accepts no responsibility for out-dated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates.
20. Menulog reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of Menulog, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.
21. A decision of Menulog in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Menulog shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.
23. All entries become the property of Menulog and may be communicated to the public by Menulog or used for promotional purposes, subject to the Menulog’s privacy policy which is available at
www.menulog.com.au. By entering the Competition, the Prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image, audio-visual recording and/or photograph/s, without compensation, and agrees that Menulog will own copyright in any such images, audio-visual recordings and photograph/s.
