How to create your certificate and enter the promotion
Take a digital photo of your baby wearing Huggies Little Swimmers swimpants and having fun in the water.
Follow the prompts to the promotion Celebrate Summer with Huggies Little Swimmers.
Go through all the mandatory steps on the promotion form, which includes:
Accept the photo submission terms;
Upload a photo;
Enter the name of your child (You can use your child’s name or a pseudonym. This will assist your friends and family to identify your baby. NOTE: Babies will be alphabetically ordered/listed in the gallery according to the name you choose.
Select a certificate template, choose your water play activity from the drop down menu, then add a message to match - or you can customise your own;
Photo certificates will be uploaded to the Gallery for public display (you can untick the Gallery Consent box if you want to keep your certificate private);
Click ‘Preview my Certificate’ to check the layout. Then click ‘Submit’ to place your entry and access your certificate from the My Huggies area. (Handy Tip – Use the Back button to edit and make changes).
Terms and Conditions
Huggies Little Swimmers® WIN A FAMILY HOLIDAY TO FIJI Competition
1. Information about how to enter a photo of your baby into Huggies Little Swimmers® WIN A FAMILY HOLIDAY TO FIJI Competition (Promotion) (Entry), how entries will be dealt with and the prize pool forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. In the Promotion, Entries can be received from 10:00:00 AEST on 11 November 2012 until 23:59:59 AEST on 6 March 2013 (Entry Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents, who are members of the Huggies® Baby Club, who are aged 18 years or over and who are the parent or legal guardian of the baby who is the subject of the Entry (Entrant). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to submit an Entry.
4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Winners will be determined by quality of photo, originality and alignment to the theme of the Promotion.
5. To submit an Entry the Entrant must:
a) go online to
www.huggies.com.au;b) if you are not a member of the Huggies® Baby Club, register to join. If you are already a member, log on to the Huggies® website at
www.huggies.com.au;c) follow the link to the “Huggies Little Swimmers® WIN A FAMILY HOLIDAY TO FIJI Competition”;
d) submit an Entry by uploading a photo of your baby aged between 0 and 4 years wearing Huggies Little Swimmers® and doing a water activity and entering/confirming all mandatory details including:
• name or pseudonym for your baby (to assist friends and family to identify your baby);
• select a certificate template, water play activity and water play message or enter a customised message;
• Confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the baby;
• Confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; and
• Confirm acceptance of the copyright notice.
The subject of the submission must be the parent/legal guardian’s baby who is 4 years old or less at the time of the submission. To be eligible the photo entered must (always having in mind that the internet is a public domain):
• feature a baby aged 0-4 years wearing Huggies Little Swimmers® swimpants;
• be a clear photo of the child (subject to paragraph 8 below relating to more than one child);
• not depict the baby with genitals showing;
• not display the baby in an inappropriate situation (as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter);
• not display the baby in a dangerous situation (as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter);
• meet the maximum size of 1MB (jpg, png, gif file types accepted). You acknowledge that the image may be cropped or zoomed in on by the Promoter when displayed by the Promoter on any website reproduction.6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
7. By submitting a photo the Entrant is giving approval for the photo to be displayed on the Huggies® website (unless the Gallery Consent tick box is unchecked). All Entries including photos must be the sole work of the Entrant and the Entrant must have all necessary consents in order to provide an Entry for the proposed uses as set out in these Terms and Conditions. All Entries will be reviewed by a panel nominated by the Promoter for adherence to these Terms and Conditions. The panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
8. An Entrant may submit more than one Entry in the Promotion, and each entry must contain a unique image for it to be considered valid. An Entrant may have more than one child in an entry photograph, however the Entrant must be the parent/legal guardian of all children, all children must be wearing Huggies® Little Swimmers® and must be aged between 0-4 years.
9. Valid entries received during the Entry Period will be shown on the Huggies® website, unless the Gallery Consent tick box is unchecked at the time of entry, and may continue to be used indefinitely without limit.
10. Weekly Minor Prize Winners – each week one Huggies Club member who is deemed to have made a valid entry and is determined by the judging panel to have entered the best quality of photo, originality and alignment to the theme of the Promotion will be awarded a Little Swimmers Celebrate Summer Minor Prize Pack valued at $97.47 containing:

11. Major Prize Winner – one Huggies Club member who is deemed to have made a valid entry and is determined by the judging panel to have entered the best quality of photo, originality and alignment to the theme of the Promotion over the entire promotion period will be awarded a Family Holiday to Fiji valued at a maximum of $7140. The prize includes
1.Package Inclusions for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years
2.Return V class economy airfare with Air Pacific Melbourne to Nadi departing from the winners nearest capital city.
3.Airfare includes on board meals and drinks, baggage up 23kg, entertainment and Australian departure taxes

Conditions:
A valid passport(s) is required and is the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is a package for the winner and a companion who both must be aged 18 years or over, which must be booked within 12 weeks from the date the winner is notified. Should travel dates need to be changed once confirmed, cancellation charges will apply.
The prize is valid for redemption until 30 November 2013 and will be dependent on the accommodation, airline and tour operators’ normal availability. Some blackout dates may apply including – Not Valid in School Holidays or Easter. Note all travel must be complete by the redemption date.
Prize does not include additional travel costs to the nearest departing Australian capital city airport, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, any meals (except breakfast as specified), beverages, visas, or additional travel charges incurred. Frequent Flyer points may not be accrued on this prize. Prize fares are based on Air Pacific Flights in V class and are subject to availability at time of booking.
Prize must be booked by the Travel Agent as nominated by the promoter.
12. There will be twelve (12) minor winners and one (1) major winner in total, with a total maximum prize pool of $8309.64 (limit of one minor prize per person).
13. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each state and Territory where relevant.

15. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and photos, and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Any entry made with stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognised or tampered with photos is void. The winners must retain their photo to claim a prize.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entry.
18. The Promoter has no control over the internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.
19. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Terms and Conditions, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
20. The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with this Promotion, or any tax liability of an Entrant except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. An Entrant is submitting an Entry is providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter.
21. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate modify of suspend the Promotion.
22. By entering the Promotion, in relation to your Entry and any part thereof (Work), you:
• declare that the Work is your own original work and not copied in whole or in part from any other person living or dead;
• declare that to the best of your knowledge and belief the Work does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. “Intellectual Property Rights” means all copyright, trade secrets, confidential information, trademark, design, patent, trade name or other proprietary rights or any rights to registration of such rights;
• agree that the Promoter and the Promoter’s agents, licensees and assigns are entitled to use and reproduce the Work (and any part thereof) for any purpose whatsoever, including online on the Huggies ® website or social media and uses which, in the Promoter’s opinion are in connection with the promotion and sale of its products and services in any geographic region worldwide without restriction for an indefinite period;
• waive any right to inspect or approve any use or reproduction by or on behalf of the Promoter of any part of your Work including any written copy or proofs that may be created in connection with the Works (including any photograph);
• consent to the reproduction of your (and the subject baby’s) name, likeness, caption without limitation (including in any media);
• consent to the Promoter and the Promoter’s agents, licensees and assigns using your Work for promoting our products and services without attributing to you the authorship of the Work, without you inspecting or approving the Work, and also to the extent that our use of the Work materially alters or distorts the Work (whether by changing adding to, or deleting / removing any part of the Work). You acknowledge that photo entries may be cropped or resized or zoomed in on in any reproduction and submissions may be reformatted on the Huggies® website; and
• You acknowledge that the Promoter may choose not to use or display your Work, and may not reproduce your Work on the Huggies® website or any other medium.
23. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the Promotion the Entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available on the Huggies® website (
www.huggies.com.au). The Promoter collects the Entrant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners and of marketing the Promoters products and services, including direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the Entrant’s personal information to other parties including those involved in administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, fulfilment houses and advertising and PR agencies. If the Entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the Entrant cannot enter the Promotion. The Entrant may access and correct the personal information about the Entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph and the publication of the winner’s name through the media and on the Huggies® website.
