The Promoter is ACN 079 010 772 trading as travel.com.au, Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter).
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over and residents of Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 17 December 2012 and closes at 23.59 AEST on 31 January 2013.
To enter the promotion, participants must enter their first and last name, email, closest airport, gender and agree to be subscribed to the travel.com.au e-newsletter. Entry is via the competition banner on the
www.travel.com.au home page.
Entry is open to people who subscribe to the travel.com.au newsletter between 17 December 2012 and 31 January 2013 only. One entry is permitted per person.
All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 12pm AEST on 04 February 2013 at travel.com.au offices Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first valid entry drawn will WIN an Apple mini iPad with Wi-Fi 16GB.
Should the winner remain uncontactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12pm AEST on 08 May 2013 at travel.com.au offices, Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The redraw winner will be notified within two working of the redraw by email.
The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$369.
The winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the prize draw. The winner’s details will also be published at
http://www.travel.com.au for a period of three months.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
