$500 WIN COMPETITION
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2.The promotion commences 01/12/12. Entries close at 23:59 EST 11:59 on 31/01/2013.
3.The draw will take place on 04/02/08 at 4:00PM EST STD TIME at The Lifestyle Fitness Australia Head Office, 672 King St Erskineville NSW. Winners will be notified by telephone and their name will be published on Facebook and
www.lifestylefit.com.au. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.There will be 1 prize on offer to 1 individual winner. $500 Cash.

6.Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by phone, mail and published on Facebook and
www.lifestylefit.com.au 7.The Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw as necessary on 20th February 2013 in order to distribute any prize which remains valid and unclaimed by that date subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations.
8.By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to applicable State and Territory lottery departments, and that the winner’s name and locality will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. By entering this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
9.If the prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter at their discretion.
10.The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
11.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. Independent advice should be sought.
13.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. Prize is subject to booking and availability.
14.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and/or (f) attendance at the prize event.
15.In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
16.In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative travel prize (including an alternative destination as specified by the Promoter) to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
17.By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit (with their literary piece being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
18.In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend promotion.
