Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry.
Entry is open to all in-force members of the Zurich Master Superannuation Fund.
Only one entry permitted per person. Directors, management and employees of the promoter, its associated companies and distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
The promotion commences at 8:00 am on 13 November 2012 and closes at 5:00 pm on 18 January 2013 (EDT).
The winner will be randomly selected from those member who provide a completed Update Member Detail form that was included with the Zurich Master Superannuation Fund Annual Fund Report mailing, and will win a 16GB Apple iPad Wi-Fi + 3G valued at RRP $799.00.
The prize will be drawn at 5 Blue Street, North Sydney at on 23 January 2013.
The winner will be contacted by phone and email and the prize will be given to the winner on the day of the draw. The winner’s name will also be published on the Zurich website.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
No one individual prize will be valued at over $1,000 and the total prize pool will not exceed $1,000.
Should any prizes remain unclaimed a redraw will be held no sooner than three months, on 23 April 2013 at 5 Blue Street North Sydney to distribute these prizes. The re-drawn winner will be notified in writing and their name will be published on our website on that date.
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion.
