Prize One (1) trip for the winner and one (1) travelling companion
aged 21 years or over (Travelling Companion) to Las
Vegas, USA, valued at up to $9,800, depending on point of
departure (“Prize”). The Prize consists of:
Two (2) x adult return economy flights to Las Vegas, USA
from the Australian capital city airport closest to the ordinary
residential address of the winner valued at up to $6400
(inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
Four (4) nights’ twin share (or similar) accommodation (for
the winner and his/her Travelling Companion) in Las Vegas,
USA, including breakfast daily (valued at $1,880). The
accommodation will be at least a 4-star rating and will be
chosen by the Promoter in its sole discretion;
Return transfers to and from the airport in Las Vegas, USA
and the accommodation (valued at $220); and
Two (2) tickets to a dinner at Andre Agassi’s restaurant in
Las Vegas, USA, including a meet and greet with Andre
Agassi at a date and time nominated by the Promoter in its
sole discretion, up to a maximum spend of $150.00 per
person (the “Dinner”). The meal items served at the Dinner
will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The
Winner and his/her Travelling Companion are solely
responsible for ensuring that any food or beverages they
consume during their participation in the Prize is consistent 2
with their dietary requirements. The Winner and their
Travelling Companion will be among a group of people
attending the Dinner. The Dinner will not be a one-on-one
meet and greet with Andre Agassi.

Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the Prize forms part of these conditions. By participating, Eligible
Entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be
valid.
2. Entry is open to Eligible Entrants who are able to travel to and remain in Las Vegas, USA
between the Nominated Prize Redemption Dates in order to participate in the Prize. The
directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related
entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the
conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
3. Promotion commences at the Commencement Time (AEDT) on the Commencement Date and
closes at the Close Time (AEDT) on the Close Date. The draw will take place at the Nominated
Business at the Draw Time (AEDT) on the Draw Date. The Winner will be notified by the
Approved Notification and the winner’s name and suburb will be published in the Nominated
Publication on the Publication Date. All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the results of
the draw will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
4. To enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants must, complete the Entry Mechanism during the
Promotion Period.
5. The Entry Limit applies to entries.
6. Each Eligible Entrant must retain and may be required to present proof of each Product in order
to claim a prize. An Eligible Entrant may be required to provide to the Promoter proof of purchase
for all entries made. If an Eligible Entrant is unable to provide proof of purchase for all entries
made within the required timeframes, then all the entries of that Eligible Entrant will be ineligible
and deemed invalid. Proof of purchase includes showing the original and providing a photocopy
of the store receipt and providing the original barcode of each Product for each eligible purchase
made during the Promotional Period. Product barcode must be intact and must clearly display the
barcode utilised by the Eligible Entrant to enter the promotion.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete,
inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries
must be submitted in the manner required and received by the Promoter during the Promotional
Period. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. Costs associated with accessing the Promotional Website remain an Eligible Entrant’s
responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service provider used. Contact details
entered incorrectly on the Promotional Website by an Eligible Entrant will deem an entry invalid.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of
transmission.
9. The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received will win the Prize.
10. Total maximum prize value is up to $9,800. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be
varied. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any change 3
in the value of a prize between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the
responsibility of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications
that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Prize
value is the recommended retail price including GST.
11. The winner must confirm his or her eligibility to be awarded the applicable Prize, and to attend on
the Nominated Prize Redemption Dates, within two (2) weeks of being successfully notified by
the Promoter, otherwise that winner’s entry will be deemed invalid.
12. The Prize must be taken between the Nominated Prize Redemption Dates otherwise the entire
Prize is forfeited. No extension or variation of the Nominated Prize Redemption Dates nominated
by the Promoter will be permitted unless organised, arranged or agreed to by the Promoter in
advance in writing. All components of the Prize must be taken together and when offered or are
forfeited. Any element of the Prize not taken will be deemed to be forfeited.
13. The winner and his or her Travelling Companion must travel together and depart from and return
to the same departure point. The winner and his or her Travelling Companion may not accrue
frequent flyer points. Use of the Prize and any passes or vouchers issued as part of the Prize
may be subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use of the suppliers of components of the
Prize. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with travel discounts or special offers. Travel and
accommodation will be arranged and booked on the winner’s behalf by the Promoter or an agent
of the Promoter’s choosing. Once booked, changes to travel times or arrangements will be at the
expense of the winner and the winner’s Travelling Companion. Any transportation to/from the
airport in the winner’s nearest capital city is the responsibility the winner.
14. The Prize winner is solely responsible for their entry and the entry of their Travelling Companion
(if any) into Las Vegas, USA at their own expense, including ensuring all necessary passports,
visas, travel authorisations, medical advice and recommended vaccinations and immunisations
have been obtained prior to travel and, if required, on or by a date nominated by the Promoter.
Failure to do so may result in the Prize being forfeited.
15. All additional costs not expressly stated but which may be incurred in acceptance and use of the
Prize is the responsibility of the winner and his or her Travelling Companion. Such additional
costs include, but are not limited to, meals, beverages, room service, telephone calls, laundry
services, spending money, transport to and from airport departure point, other transfers, taxes
including arrival and departure taxes (if applicable), insurance, travel insurance, passports and
visas (if applicable). The winner and his or her Travelling Companion may be required to present
a credit card at time of accommodation check-in.
16. The Promoter may conduct such a further draw on Re-Draw Date at the Re-Draw Time (AEDT)
at the Nominated Business in order to distribute the Prize if unclaimed by that date, subject to
any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of any
winner in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be notified by the Approved Notification and
the winner’s name and locality will be published in the Approved Publication on the Nominated
Re-Draw Publication Date. All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the results of any
unclaimed prize draw will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
17. Eligible Entrants must only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request
the winner to produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other
documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm their
identity, age, residency, eligibility to enter and claim the Prize and any information submitted by
the Eligible Entrant in entering the promotion before issuing the Prize. If the documentation
required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or the winning
Eligible Entrant has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction within the time
requested, that winner’s entry will become invalid. Proof of identification, residency and entry
considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Prize will only be
awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole
discretion. In the event that a Prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize will be
forfeited and no substitute will be offered.
18. If for any reason the Prize, or any part of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond
the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part 4
thereof) for an alternative prize to the same value of the original Prize value, subject to any
written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
19. Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising
out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under
the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any
entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their
receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d)
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including because
of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any which
corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by
law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate and/or, if
necessary, to provide an alternative prize or prizes to the same value as the original Prize,
subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
21. Right to verify: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the
right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an
entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, or if the Eligible Entrant is
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and
proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other
compensation from such an offender are reserved. The Prize will only be awarded following any
winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
22. Caution: any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the
normal functioning of the Promotional Website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate
operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an
attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to
the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection
with any breach of these conditions of entry or any other legal obligation by an Eligible Entrant,
the Eligible Entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
23. Consent: As a condition of entering this promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter
using the Eligible Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of a
draw (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited
period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or
marketing this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products or services
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The winner(s) agree to participate in
all reasonable promoted activities in relation to this promotion as requested by the Promoter and
its agents.
24. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and his/her Travelling Companion, if applicable)
may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter
and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and
indemnity form in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
25. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the
Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about Eligible Entrants to include Eligible
Entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information
requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in the promotion. By
participating in the promotion, each Eligible Entrant also acknowledges that a further primary
purpose for collection of Eligible Entrants’ personal information by the Promoter is to enable the
Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to
contact Eligible Entrants in the future with information on special offers or provide Eligible
Entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial 5
electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM
(Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional
communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Promoter may share
information with its Australian related companies and promotional partners who may contact
Eligible Entrants with special offers in this way. By entering the promotion, each Eligible Entrant
agrees that the Promoter may use Eligible Entrants’ personal information in this manner.
26. An Eligible Entrant also agrees that the Promoter may, in the event the Eligible Entrant is the
winner, publish or cause to be published the Eligible Entrant winner’s name and locality in any
media, as required under the relevant State or Territory lottery legislation. Eligible Entrants
should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at GPO Box

of the Corporate Lawyer. If you do not consent to the use of your name and address for these
purposes please also advise the Promoter in writing using the above contact details. All entries
become the property of the Promoter. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy in relation to the
treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting the Promoter.
27. The Promoter supports responsible consumption and recommends that alcohol be enjoyed in
moderation.
