TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Win a Double to See Nadeah
1: METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter this competition entrants must go to
www.adelaidefestovalcentre.com.au during the competition period, fill in information required and confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is limited to South Australian residents only. Only one entry per person during the promotional period will be accepted. By entering this competition entrants agree to receive the Adelaide Festival Centre “What’s On” e-newsletter. Recipients can unsubscribe to this from this communication at any stage.
2: DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The competition commences at 9.00am Thursday December 27, 2012 and ends 11:00pm Sunday January 13, 2013.
3: NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES
There are five double passes to see Nadeah at 9.30pm on Thursday January 17 2013 to give away. The total value of the prize pool id $420. Tickets are to be collected 1 hour prior to the show commencing at the BASS counter in the venue foyer. Tickets are not transferable
4: ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be SA residents and be thirteen years of age or over to enter.
5: PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DRAW
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place at the Adelaide Festival Centre at 9.00am on Monday January 14, 2013.
6: METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT OF DRAW
Prize winner will be notified by phone.
7: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and not exchangeable, and must be used on the dates specified by the Promoter. Winners must be able to attend the event on the date specified. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. The Promoter may, subject to State regulations, substitute a different prize of equivalent value in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions. The prize does not include any other costs of a personal nature not stated. This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated.
8: PUBLICITY MATERIALS
It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likeness and voice of any entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. Entrants may be required by the Promoter to participate in any photo, recording, video and/or film session(s) (the “publicity materials”) and acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to use such publicity materials in any medium (including the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises the Promoter at the time of entering the Promotion that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
9: RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

All decisions and actions of the Promoter relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the prizes are exercised at its absolute discretion and are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
