Promotional Terms and Conditions.
1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotion period begins on the 7th January, 2013 at and ends on the 21st January, 2013 at 11.59pm AEDST.
3. Eligible entrants must Like Ubisoft Australia, Games.on.Net and Bluemouth’s Facebook Page during the promotional period and enter the code phrase: “Insane” on the Bluemouth wall or comments section - for the entry to be considered valid.
4. One entry per person. Those under 15-years need parental or guardian permission.
5. Employees of Bluemouth Interactive, Ubisoft and Games.on.Net and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
6. The random draw will take place on or around at 10.00am on the 22 January, 2013 at Bluemouth Interactive, Suite 1502, 9 Yarra Street, South Yarra, 3141. Prize winners name will be published on the Facebook page by 23 January, 2013. Winners will be advised via Facebook only.
7. The first randomly drawn - eligible entry will receive:

8. The next three randomly drawn - eligible entries will each receive:

9. Photo Identity will be required to claim the prize. A clear link between the Facebook page of the winning entry, and the person claiming to be the winner and the rightful owner of the Facebook account– must be demonstrated by the claimant.
10. If a dispute as to the winner’s identity arises, a Commonwealth statutory declaration must be signed in the presence of an authorised witness to justify the claimed identity. Two persons may not claim ownership of the one Facebook account. In such as case, the prize claim will be deemed invalid to both winners and a re-draw performed.
11. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 1 April, 2013 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required winner will be notified via e-mail and phone.
