Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. All entries are via online www.mypartypeople.com.au, Party People Facebook page.  Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed ineligible. This is a Game of Skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.

To enter the competition, users will be required to log onto the website, and click through to the "Win a trip to Ibiza' tile and tell us in 25 words or less "what would you do to let fun begin at Ibiza?"  All answers are required in English. The user will also be asked to register their details for an entry into the competition. Entrants will be required to leave their details including name, date of birth, address, phone number and e-mail address.

Entry for the major prize is open to all Australian residents 18 years and over  Entrants must have a valid passport with six months validity and be prepared to travel to Ibiza on the dates specified by the promoter. Employees MCM and their immediate families, associated agencies of MCM and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion.

The competition commences on Friday 21st December 2012 at 12:00pm (AEST) and all entries must be received before Friday 18th January 2013 at 12:00pm (AEST).

All responses will be read and judged by a judging panel at MCM Media, Suite 103, Level 1, 355 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2021 Friday 18th January 2013 at 2.00pm (AEST). The winner will be notified by phone within one working day of the relevant judging date.  The winner will be determined on their creativity.
 
Major prize: 1 x major prize winner will be awarded 3 x return economy flights from their  nearest capital city to Ibiza, Spain,  5 x night's twin share accommodation (minimum 3* ) and return airport/hotel transfers.  The major prize is valued at a maximum of $10,000.00 AUD.

Runner-up prize: 10 x runner-up winners will be awarded 1x Four Seasons Condoms prize pack valued at a maximum of $50.00 AUD. The runner-up prize pool is valued at a maximum of $500.00 AUD.

The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of $10,500.00 AUD.

The prize must be taken on dates specified by the promoter and must be taken as offered. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, taxes, passports, visas, travel to and from departure point, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. The major prize is valued at a maximum of $10,00.00

In the event that for any reason whatsoever any prize winner does not or is not able to take any prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

If the major prize winner and travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date, or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the major prize or any element thereof.

The major prize winner (and their travelling companion) are responsible for all other expenses including additional spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (including departure taxes), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Additional travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The major prize winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth or Alice Springs).

Government taxes are an additional cost to the winners and their travelling companions and are required prior to ticketing. 

Travel must be taken by 18th January 2014 and is subject to hotel and flight availability. The prize is not available during peak times such as public holidays and school holidays and cannot be changed once the booking has been made.  If the Winner and guest are, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date, or do not take an element of the Major Prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Major Prize or any element thereof.

International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices, and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

It is each of the travellers' personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner and their guest. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.  Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.

Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.

Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

MCM Australia and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. Once prizes have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their guests may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.

The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
 
All winning entries become the property of the promoter. All winning entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may potentially use the entrants' names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.

 If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition

In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
