NUFARM/ELDERS ANZAC DAY FOOTBALL FARMER PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Conditions:
1. This competition is being conducted by Nufarm Australia Limited (NAL) ABN 800 04 3777 80, 103‐105 Pipe Road, Laverton North
VIC 3026
2. Information on how to enter this competition, eligibility and Prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this
competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. This competition commences at 12.00am AEST 1 December 2012 and closes at 5.00pm AEST 28 February 2013.
4. No fee is payable for entering this competition.
Eligibility:
5. Entry is open to all Australians over the age of 18, residing within the states of New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South
Australia, Western Australia.
6. To enter the competition i). entrants must purchase at least two (2) products from the qualifying products list; Roundup Attack
with iQ inside, Sharpen, Amicide Advance 700, Estercide Xtra 680, Estercide 800 (for WA only), Roundup DST, Invader, Kamba
500 ,Bonza, Li-700 to the combined value of $5000.00 (inc gst) any additional entry will be awarded to those who purchase three (3)
products from the list to the combined value of $5000.00 (inc gst). For every additional $5000 spent on two (2) or more of the
qualifying products the customer will receive one (1) additional entry into the competition. Any registered Top Croppers member
to enter will receive one (1) additional entry to the draw. The purchase of the products must be within the qualifying period of 1
December 2012 to 28 February 2013. NAL is not responsible for retailers low or nil stock levels of any of the qualifying products ii).
Entry will be made on the purchasers behalf by the retailer the transaction is made with and will be calculated based on electronic
purchase data provided from retailers by 28 February 2013. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check that their purchases are
submitted by their retailer, NAL is not responsible for any missing purchase records.
7. There will be one (1) prize allocated to Western Australia, one (1) prize allocated South Australia, one (1) prize allocated New
South Wales and one (1) prize allocated to Victoria and Tasmania combined. There are a total of four (4) prizes.
8. All entries must be received by NAL by 5.00pm AEST 28 February 2013. (Closing Time).
9. Employees of NAL and its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
10. NAL business partners and their related bodies corporate, employees and immediate families are ineligible to enter. Prizes:
11. The major prize consists of four (4) ‘ANZAC DAT AT THE G PACKS”. The winner of each major prize is eligible to bring (1) one
guest. Each prize includes two (2) return adult economy flights from the nearest capital city to Tullamarine Airport including
transfers to and from Tullamarine airport only, (residents of Victoria will be reimbursed for road travel expenses), tour of Nufarm
head office and plant, two (2) nights’ accommodation at Crown Promenade Hotel, two (2) tickets to Collingwood v Essendon
ANZAC day football match in Melbourne at the MCG on April 25 2013. Prize is only valid to April 30 2013 and cannot be changed,
winners must be available on these dates. Prize does not include incidentals such as mini bar purchase
12. The winning purchaser will invite one (1) guests.
13. Each prize must be claimed by 15 February 2013. If prizes are not claimed by this date a redraw will occur.
14. The total prize pool is valued at $20,000.00 (RRP) incl. GST.
15. The prize does not include insurance.
16. This competition is a game of chance. Winners will be determined by computer generated selection under the scrutiny of an
independent person on 8 March 2013 at 12.00 pm at 103‐105 Pipe Road Laverton North VIC 3026.
17. The winners will be notified by mail, and announced in The Australian newspaper on 13 March 2013. In the event a redraw
needs to occur, this will take place on 18 March 2013 at 12.00 pm at 103‐105 Pipe Road Laverton North VIC 3026. The redraw
winner(s) will be notified by mail, and published in the Australian newspaper on 22 March 2013.
General conditions:
18. NAL reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries, proof of purchase must be provide by the retailer or the purchaser to
redeem prize.
19. The prizes are not transferrable, and are not redeemable for cash or services.
20. NAL determination as to the entrants who are the winners of all prizes is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence
will be entered into.
21. NAL accepts no liability for late, delayed receipt of, lost, incomprehensible, corrupt, incomplete or misdirected entries, entries
which are not received by NAL, or entries which are received by NAL after 28 February 2013 for any reason whatsoever
22. If this competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of NAL, then NAL may cancel or
