Terms & Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and details of the promotion (including how to claim any prize) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. This promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who fulfil the entry requirements, except:
(i) employees of AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited (the Promoter) and any AMP Group Entity, and their immediate family,
(ii) tenants in the shopping centres and their immediate family,
(iii) the staff of tenants in the shopping centres and their immediate family,
(iv) the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family.
Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
3. Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and customers (including an customer’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any customer who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. The customer acknowledges that the Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
6. All references to times and dates are to times and dates according to Queensland time GMT +10 hours.
7. All prices and values of the promotion include GST and are to be provided in the currency of the country in which the customer is resident. i.e. in Australian Dollars for those customers who are Australian residents and in New Zealand Dollars for New Zealand residents.
8. Each Customer may enter other competitions run by the Promoter at other shopping centres subject to the terms and conditions of each shopping centre.
How to enter the competition
9. The Promotion commences at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre at 09:00am AEDST on Monday 14 January 2013 and closes at 5:00pm AEDST on Monday 28 January 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
10. To be eligible to enter, customers must spend a minimum of $50.00 throughout the Promotional Period at any retailer and/or retailers in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (“Qualifying Purchase”). Receipts can be combined to reach $50.00.
11. “A Qualifying Purchase” relates to a retail purchase made within the “Promotional Period” at any store at Pacific Fair, excluding transactions at all banks, building societies and credit unions, American Express Foreign Exchange, Crown Currency Exchange, Medibank Private, Medicare, MBF, Gold Coast Women’s Health Clinic, Queensland Medical Centre, R.S. Henry & Associates Dentist, Australia Post and Kmart Auto.
12. Payments of essential bills, laybys, deposits and online transactions are not classified as a “Qualifying Purchase”
13. A bonus entry will be received for any customer who spends $50.00 or more on Pacific Fair “Specialty Fashion & Footwear Retailers”. Therefore, a total of two entries will be granted for a customer who spends $50 in this category. Please refer to Appendix A for a list of participating “Specialty Fashion & Footwear Retailers”.
14. Customers can only enter once per day throughout the “Promotional Period”. E.g. a $150 spend in any store other than “Specialty Fashion & Footwear Retailers” will grant the customer one entry. They will receive two entries if the spend is from a “Specialty Fashion & Footwear Retailers”
15. To be eligible for entry, customers must during the Promotion Period, provide Pacific Fair Shopping Centre Customer Service Staff (located at the Village Green & Arcade Customer Service Centres) with their full name, postal address, proof of purchase, ticket type and how they heard about the event. The customer’s details will be retained by Pacific Fair Shopping Centre for market analysis.

16. For verification purposes customers must present valid receipts and provide the following details in order to enter:
(i) First Name
(ii) Surname
(iii) Email Address
(iv) Phone Number
(v) Postcode
(vi) How they heard about the competition
17. The Promoter’s decision in regards to the entry process is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The total prize pool is $5,000, consisting of:
(i) Return Economy class flights including luggage from either the Gold Coast or Brisbane to Queenstown and return including all prepaid taxes and baggage
(ii) 4 nights’ accommodation staying in 4* accommodation or better in Queenstown (hotel/apartment to be advised when travel dates provided)
(iii) Transfers from Queenstown airport to Queenstown and return
(iv) Activities: Skyline gondola & 3 luge rides
(v) Activities: Shotover Jet
19. The prize is subject to Terms and Conditions, as supplied by Escape Travel:
(i) This prize is for 2 Adults and 2 Children (11 years and under) at time of travel, any variance to this cannot accepted.
(i) Flights may depart from Brisbane or Gold Coast dependant on specified travel dates and airline schedules. Where possible the closest international airport will be provided. Air travel may be via an additional city dependant on travel dates.
(ii) Prize is valid for travel from 20th of February until 30 June 2013. The Holiday Prize must be booked by 28th of February and the trip commenced prior to 30 June 2013.
(iii) The winner and their travel companions are responsible for their own transport to the international airport. All other costs not disclosed in these Conditions of Entry including, but not limited to, additional meals/beverages, laundry services, additional in-room charges, additional spending money, transport to and from airport departure point, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, travel insurance, passports, visas and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided but incurred in acceptance and use of the Holiday Prize are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions. The Holiday Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
(iv) The winner and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
(v) The prize-winner must book all aspects of their prize through the prize partner, Escape Travel Pacific Fair. A winner’s letter will be issued with booking instructions and an Escape Travel consultant will assist the winner to book the prize.
(vi) It is the sole responsibility of winner and nominated travel companion to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, passports (with no less than six (6) months before expiry) and any necessary visas required by the date specified by the Promoter, or as and when requested by the nominated travel agent. Failure to do so could result in travel dates being missed and/or prize being forfeited.
(vii) Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner and, if applicable, their travel companion(s). It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel. The Promoter and Escape Travel make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including local government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
(viii) Prize travel is subject to the Escape Travel’s Booking Terms and Conditions, which are available http://www.escapetravel.com.au/company/policies/booking-terms-conditions.
20. The customer must present original receipts only.
21. The winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday 30 January, 2013 at The Promoter’s Office at 2pm AEST, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
22. Winners will be notified by phone by no later than Thursday 31 January 2013.
23. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions of the relevant Regulatory Gaming Authority.
General Terms and Conditions
24. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential,

arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(iii) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(iv) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(v) any tax liability incurred by a winner or customer; or
(vi) use of the prize by the winner or any other person.
25. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
26. Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment used, or by any computers or technology used by intermediaries, service providers, or business partners to facilitate the promotion.
27. The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988. By entering this Promotion, customers are providing consent for the Promoter to hold and use their personal information. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information, which will be added to the Promoter’s database. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages, marketing communications, or telephoning the customer. Customers should direct any request to access, update, remove, or correct information direct to the Promoter.
28. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
29. The customer must indemnify and keep indemnified the Promoter, the owners of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and all AMP Group entities (“the Indemnified Parties”) against all demands, claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, losses and damage the Indemnified Parties may have or in the future suffer or incur including, without limitation, liability for personal injury (including death) to any person and damage to property arising out of or in connection with the customer’s participation in this competition or the customer’s use of the prizes whether caused or contributed to by the act or omission of the Indemnified Parties or not.
30. “AMP Group entity” means AMP Limited (ACN 079 354 519) and any Related Body Corporate from time to time of AMP Limited (including, without limitation, AMP Capital Investors Limited) and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, volunteers, servants and agents. 'Related Body Corporate' has the meaning given to that term in section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
