Terms and Conditions

1.STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these condition of entry.

2.WHO CAN ENTER

2.1.Subject to clauses 2.2 and 2.3, entry is open to all residents of Australia.

2.2.Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated
with the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.

2.3.Entrants must be 12 years or younger to enter this competition. Proof of age may be
requested of the winners.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1.The competition commences on Friday 21st December 2012 at 00:01 (AEST) and
concludes on Friday 8th February 2013 at 23:59 (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).

3.2.To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit www.elmers.com.au,
follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details and answer
the question “How will Elmers make your holidays fun” in 25 words or less.

3.3.Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like, however only one
prize will be awarded.

3.4.Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period.

3.5.The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any late, lost
or misdirected entries.

3.6.The Promoter may request the winning entrants to forfeit their project and supply it for
use in marketing purposes.

4. HOW TO WIN

4.1.The three entries judged to be the best based on creativity and imagination will win
the prizes.

4.2.Judging will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on Monday 11th February 2013 at Jasco
Pty Ltd, Unit 2, 118-122 Bowden Street, Meadowbank NSW 2114. Entries will be judged
by a panel of judges from Jasco Pty Ltd.

4.3.The winners will be notified by phone and or mail on Wednesday 13th February 2013.

4.4.Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is
final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be deemed void
if forged, manipulated or tampered with in and way.
