TRAVELTALK PHOTO COMPETITION ENTRYCompetition starts September 4, 2012
and closes midnight February 6, 20131. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material), which may be amended or varied at any time by the Promoter.

Entrants must only enter in their own name and picture. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (if required) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.6. The competition commences at 9am on September 4 2012 and closes midnight February 6 2013.
7. Entries must be received by midnight 7/2/13 AEST. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

Entry is online via
www.traveltalk.biz. Entrants must complete the entry form as per instructions on the website.
11. To submit a complete and valid online entry, entrants will be required to provide various personal details including full name, email address, residential address, contact phone number/s, age/date of birth and gender for the purpose of verifying eligibility. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry.
12. Participants are required to answer a question in order to be eligible to enter the competition. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
13. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of the winner.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using multiple email addresses, postal addresses or PO Box addresses. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
15. The winner will be drawn on 7/2/13 at 56 Laurel Crt Mullaloo WA 6027, and contacted within seven days by telephone, email or post.
16. The Promoter will make all reasonable effort to contact the winner. If the prize is unclaimed within 10 days from 07/02/13, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 17/02/13 at 56 Laurel Crt Mullaloo WA 6027.
17. The original winner will forfeit the prize and the winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by phone or in writing within seven (7) days of the draw.
18. The winner’s name will be announced publicly through our March 2013 issue of Traveltalk and on Facebook networks and in any publicity from Virgin Atlantic and Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited.
19. The prize will be delivered to the winner by Virgin Atlantic and Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited.
20. The Promoter will make all reasonable effort to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by competition entrants. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any prizes returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent to the prizewinner.
21. Whilst every care will be taken to make sure the winner receives the prize, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen.
22. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish any of the entries received.
23. All entries need to be your own photograph, taken by you.
24. The prizes are as stated and are non-transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If, due to circumstances beyond Traveltalk's control, the supplier is unable to provide the stated prize, Traveltalk will not be held responsible.

DISNEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note the following conditions for the use of this hotel stay and park tickets:
Please present the original copy of the winning letter upon check-in, photocopies will not be accepted.
The park ticket will be available for your pick up at the front desk upon check-in.
Prize redemption is valid from February 07, 2013 to July 30, 2013 inclusive, excluding the following block-out dates;
February 9-17 & March 27-31 & April 4-6 & June 29-30, 2013 inclusive.
Advance reservation is required and subject to room availability.
Accommodates up to three additional guests staying in the same room with you.
Admission to the Park is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the website at
www.hongkongdisneyland.com Prize covers room rates only – all incidentals including food and amenities are not included.
Visit to Hong Kong Disneyland must be made during length of stay in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.
Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit and other items. Prize not redeemed during the validity period will be forfeited.
In case of disputes, Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited reserves the rights to make final judgment on such disputes
Virgin Atlantic
1. All relevant taxes and surcharges are payable by the prizewinner
2. All travel must be completed by the expiry date outlined on the prize winner letter.
3. Please note departures in peak travel periods may not be available. e.g. Easter, Christmas, School Holidays, Special Events.
4. Prizewinner seats are subject to availability. Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to offer an alternative date of travel when the preferred choice is not available.
5. The prize will be invalid without the original prizewinner letter.
6. The prize is valid for yourself and a companion travelling together in both directions.
7. The flights should be booked at least 3 weeks prior to departure.
8. Valid on Virgin Atlantic services only over the specified routing and in the class of travel stated.
9. Tickets are non-transferable and non-endorseable for travel on any other airline.
10. The prize will be forfeited for any breach of these conditions or any unlawful use of the prize.
11. The travel period cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
12. Once the tickets have been issued they are valid only for the flights/dates shown.
13. Limousine transfers are not permitted with these tickets.
14. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on these tickets.
15. Virgin Atlantic highly recommends you take out travel insurance due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
16. Tickets are confirmed travel however this is subject to off load in an over sale situation.
