There are a total of fifty (50) prizes each consisting of:
One (1) “Couples Fruit & Veg Box”, valued at $26, including complimentary delivery
TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: $1,300 (incl. GST)
5.1 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize item is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. The prize is strictly as stated above. All other costs are the responsibility of the prize winner.
5.2 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
6. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 2 or clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw. All draws will take place at News Queensland, Cnr Mayne Road and Campbell Street, Bowen Hills Qld 4001 from 10:00am on Thursday January 31, 2013.
6.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
6.2 The daily prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone by News Queensland, after which Aussie Farmers Direct will contact the winners to schedule delivery.
6.3 All other expenses, other than those outlined within these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the winner.
6.4 If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time nominated upon entry, then the prize or any element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited by the winner.

6.3.1 during the draw;

6.3.3 in the participation in any prize;
6.3.4 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
