Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Express Publications Pty Limited ACN 057 807 904 (“Express”), Victorian Strawberries Industry Development Committee ABN 69234387982 (“Victorian Strawberries”) and their subsidiaries and families are not eligible to enter. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The competition starts 9am Wednesday 23 January 2013 and closes last mail Tuesday 19 March 2013. The winner will be chosen at 50 Silverwater Road, Silverwater NSW 2128 at 4pm on 20 February 2013 after the competition ends. There will be one winner. If the winner is not present when chosen they will be notified by phone and mail. The winner will be decided by a panel appointed by Modern Home magazine. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The prize consists of a Wüsthof IKON Knife Block. The total prize value is worth approximately $1,399.00. The prize value is subject to change after printing. Victorian Strawberries will organise and deliver the prize to the winner. Victorian Strawberries will pay for delivery of the prize to the winner. Entry forms submitted will not be returned to the entrants.
