Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. The competition is open to Australian residents only. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The competition commences Wednesday, 23 January 2013 and closes last mail Tuesday, 19 March 2013. The winner will be chosen at 50 Silverwater Road, Silverwater NSW 2128 at 4pm on 20 March 2013 after the competition ends. There will be one winner. If the winner is not present when chosen they will be notified by phone and mail. The winner will be decided by a panel appointed by Modern Home magazine. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The prize is a Panasonic ECONAVI 554L Refrigerator valued at up to $1999. The prize value is subject to change after printing. Panasonic Australia will pay for the delivery costs and deliver the prize to the winner who resides in a metropolitan State or Territory capital city. A winner that resides outside of a metropolitan State or Territory capital city may incur extra charges for any additional delivery costs incurred.
