ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will commence at 10:00am on Monday 14th January 2013 and will close at 04:00pm on Friday 25th January 2013 (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Promotional Period at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- South Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners will be required to visit the Website or visit Foodland to pick up a Foodland catalogue.
On each Contesting Day throughout the Promotional Period there will be a minimum of three (3) “Contesting Segments”. At the beginning of each Contesting Segment, the announcer will ask the question- “What’s in the Celebrities Trolley” and will also provide clues and hints.
The Promoter will then announce a cue to call and listeners will be prompted to call 13 10 60 to answer the question. The first caller through on 13 10 60, who, using the clues and the catalogue to answer correctly will be awarded a minor prize as outlined in Item 11 (“Minor Prize Winner”). Using the catalogue, the Minor Prize Winner must then give the price of that item.
If the Minor Prize Winner gives the correct price, the Promoter will then ask the Minor Prize Winner off air to answer in (25) twenty five words or less why they would want to win a $7,000 Shopping spree voucher at Foodland?
The Promoter will judge all answers, in accordance with Item 9 judging details and on the final day of the Promotion (1) one listener will be awarded
the major prize on-air between 2-3pm on Friday 25 January.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS
Prizes will be awarded in accordance with Item 8.
The Promoter will choose the one (1) most original, humorous, entertaining answer and award them with the minor prize.

(1) one Foodland Voucher to the value of $7,000

The prize allocation is at the complete discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into. All decisions are at the complete discretion of the promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Vouchers may take a maximum of (28) twenty eight days to be sent to the winner.
The Voucher is valid for a 12 month period as per the expiry date on the voucher.
By Entering this competition, all Entrants acknowledge and consent that the Promoter owns all copyright to any material produced by the entrants. This material may be used at the discretion of the Promoter for the purposes of marketing and publicity.
The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash – it must be claimed as merchandise from participating Foodland stores.
If an item purchased is valued at less than $50, the remaining balance will
not be paid in cash. The amount remaining on the voucher will not be able to be claimed.
The prize is not transferable to third parties and is not redeemable for cash.
For contesting dates Monday 14th to Friday 19th January 2013, the valid contesting Foodland catalogue is the edition that is available in store and is dated from Monday 14th January 2013 to Sunday 20th January 2013.
For contesting dates Monday 21st to Friday 25th January 2013, the valid contesting Foodland catalogue is the edition that is available in store and is dated from Monday 21st January to Sunday 27th January 2013.
Both catalogues will be uploaded to the SAFM website during their respective contesting periods.
