The promoter for this competition is Commodore Homes, a division of BGC Residential Pty Ltd, ABN 54 052 543 450.

The promoter reserves the right to change the prize at their discretion, to a prize of similar value.
Rules
- Competition closes at 5pm on 28th February 2013.
- Entrants consent to their entries being used in all media by the promoter.
- Employees and family members of employees of Commodore Homes and / or BGC cannot enter the competition.
- The decision of the promoter as to valid entries is final and binding.
- All entries submitted will become and remain the property of the promoter.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
- The draw will be conducted at 4pm on 1st March 2013 at Level 1, 3 Ord Street, West Perth.
- Multiple entries are not permitted.
- The winner will be notified by phone or email, however the inability of the promoter to contact the winner using the information provided is the sole responsibility of the winner.
- The promoter will attempt to contact the winner using the information provided for 7 days after the competition closing date after which if contact is unsuccessful a new competition winner will be drawn.
- The name of the winner will also be published on the Commodore Homes website and on the Commodore Homes Facebook page on 2nd March 2013.
- Unless collected within one month of the draw the prize will be forfeited.
