Official Rules
NO TRADING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. TRADING OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER. GIVEAWAYS OPEN TO AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS ONLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. ELIGIBILITY
• The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of Australia and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. GIVEAWAY
• The winners will be selected randomly and contacted by email (submitted through the submission process).
• The winners will be drawn on Monday, 11th February, 2013 at 7:00pm EST.
• Winners must reply within 10 calendar days of notification to maintain eligibility. Once notified, if the selected entrant does not respond, another randomly selected entrant will be contacted, and the first entrant will have no further claim to the prize.
• Please allow 28 days for delivery of gifts.
3. ENTRY: NO TRADING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
• Entrants agree to be subscribed to an exclusive e-newsletter list for future Top Dollar Mobile Australia offers; subscriptions may be cancelled at anytime.
• Two (2) bonus entries will be awarded to each giveaway entrant who suggests the giveaway to another Facebook user who in turn enters the giveaway.
4. ENTRY LIMITATIONS
• Limit one entry per person per Facebook account used to submit an entry. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to fraudulently enter in excess of entry limits will be ineligible.
• Entries using automated means to generate entries or otherwise participate are not eligible. Use of any automated system to enter as determined by Top Dollar Mobile Australia in its sole judgment is prohibited and will result in disqualification at Top Dollar Mobile Australia's sole discretion.
• We will automatically disqualify: (1) any incomplete or illegible entry; and (2) any entries received that are in excess of the entry limit described above.
5. PRIZE
• First prize is a new Apple iPad mini 16GB. Second and third prize is a A$50 and A$25 Westfield gift card respectively.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Top Dollar Mobile Australia, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Top Dollar Mobile Australia in its sole discretion.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Top Dollar Mobile Australia reserves the rights to verify the eligibility of winners. By registering for the campaign, participants accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Top Dollar Mobile Australia Giveaway.
7. DISPUTES
