By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Any entry that does not comply with these
terms and conditions is invalid.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, the Promotion is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies
are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse,
child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Promotion commences 00:01am (AEDT) on the 7th January 2012. Entries must be received
by 11.59 pm (AEST)
15th March 2013 (Promotional Period) (says 15th on their website & on in-store brochure, however, it further states the draw is on 6th March and results published on 8th March so I'm assuming 15th is a typo and that it actually closes on 5th)3.2 In order to enter the Promotion entrants must SMS their answer and full name to the question "How many
times do you need to use Lamisil ® Once?"
(no number provided here)3.3 There is a limit of one entry per person3.4 The total cost of sending an SMS is a standard SMS cost which depends on the entrants carrier.
3.5 Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the promoter. The Promoter is not responsible
for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.
3.6 The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant.
3.7 All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Promoter's

4.1 There is one prize on offer. The total prize pool is $10,000.00 including GST
The first valid entry randomly selected will win a packaged offer trip to New York. Winner will be
provided with a Flight Centre voucher to the value of $10,000 which will include return flights for two
to New York and accommodation (to be determined at time of booking).4.2 The prize must be redeemed in full.
4.3 The prize cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize value is correct at the time of
printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
4.4 The winners must, on request by the Promoters, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable
satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an eligible entrant (as per clause 2.1 and 2.2)
and has complied with these terms and conditions.
4.5 The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the
prize as stated. If a winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or a prize is not utilised or able to
be taken within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded
in lieu.
4.6 Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the
prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4.7 In participating in the Promotion, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required by the
Promoter in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and
photographed. The winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage
and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.8 The winner agrees that they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media
or other organisation.
4.9 The Promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability and/or fitness for purpose of any goods and
/or services awarded as a prize. The winner should look to the provider of services awarded as the prize for all
warranties. However these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory
provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene
that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
4.10 It will be each prize winner’s and (if applicable) their accompanying guest’s responsibility to take out all
relevant insurance (including but not limited to travel insurance) which may be required or prudent to be taken
(at their own cost).
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the Promotion during the Promotional Period and registered all details in
accordance with clause 3 and SMS'd the correct answer to the question "How many times do you need to use
Lamisil ® Once?" will be entered into the prize draw.
The draw will take place at Prodocom Pty Ltd, 3
Richardson Place, North Ryde NSW 2113 on the 6th march 2013. The winner will be drawn by random,
computer generated selection using the random selection engine approved by the New South Wales
Department of Gaming And Racing on 30 May 2002 and by the South Australian Lotteries under approval
number E5/2003.
5.2
The winner will be notified by phone and will be published in the Australian Newspaper on the 8th
March 2013.5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a waiver of liability and
indemnity in favour of the Promoter in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.5 Should the prize remain unclaimed by the 6th June 2013 a redraw will take place the 7th June 2013 at
Prodocom Pty Ltd, 3 Richardson Place, North Ryde NSW 2113. The redrawn winner will be notified by phone
and email and will also be published in the Australian Newspaper on the 11th June 2013.
5.6 If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian on
their behalf.
6. LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the
Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms
and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God,
civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition
and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to relevant Legislation.
6.2 The Promoter will take no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6.3 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure,
accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
6.3.1 To the extent permitted by the law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be
liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
6.3.1 during the draw;
6.3.2 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected entries;
6.3.3 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or
any other person;
6.3.4 in relation to failure of an entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion;
6.3.5 arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines
or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;
6.3.6 arising out of any part of the trip undertaken by the winner or guests accompanying the winner;
6.3.7 any other matter or thing due to circumstance outside the Promoters reasonable control.
6.4 The Promoter and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised
access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition, subject to relevant legislation.
6.6 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies take no responsibility if the prize/s are not
fulfilled due to any intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or hinders the Promoters
ability to fulfil the prize/s on offer, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural
disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism and any other matter outside of the Promoters
reasonable control.
