I think that this competition might have the closing date incorrect. How many days are usually in February?

They do sometimes make mistakes in the Terms and Conditions with the closing date so I figured it was safer to keep with the 28th February although this comp usually finishes on a Sunday, hopefully they mean it to finish on the 3rd March and not the 24th February.
