1. Eligible Entrants must be or become a subscriber to Mum’s Grapevine newsletters. To subscribe, fully complete and submit the subscription form at

www.mumsgrapevine.com.au including entering a valid email address and postcode. (Subscriber).
2. To be eligible to win a prize, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, complete both of the following elements on either of the Competition Pages.
a) Like the Mum’s Grapevine Facebook page.
b) Collect the mystery word from Mum’s Grapevine Weekly Sales Newsletters Issue 0613 on 6th February 2013 and enter it in the appropriate space in the Rafflecopter widget (Widget) on the Competition Page. (Mandatory Elements)
3. Following completion of the Mandatory Elements, the Eligible Entrant will be awarded with two (2) entries into the draw.
4. Eligible Entrants may earn up to three (3) extra entries by collecting the mystery words from the remaining February Issues – 0713 (13/02/13), 0813 (20/02/13) and 0913 (27/02/13) and entering them in the Widget in the corresponding spaces.
5. Eligible Entrants who have completed one (1) of the Mandatory Elements, will get the opportunity to earn up to ten (10) extra entries (Bonus Entries) by referring friends to enter the competition. The Eligible Entrant can refer friends by sharing their unique link using one (1) or more of the mechanisms found in the Share section of the Widget (Invitation). For each Invitation that results in an Eligible Entry, the Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) extra entry into the draw.
6. The total entries available to be earned in the Promotion are fifteen (15).
7. To be eligible to claim a prize, Eligible Entrants must be Subscribers at the time of the prize being awarded. For the sake of clarity, Eligible Entrants who have unsubscribed from Mum’s Grapevine newsletters are ineligible to claim the prize.
Conditions of Entry
8. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
9. The promoter is Mum’s Grapevine Pty Ltd of PO Box 174, Elwood VIC 3184. ABN: 93 759 198 495 (Promoter).
10. Entry is open to Australian Residents only who are subscribers to the Mum’s Grapevine newsletters, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the Promotion (Eligible Entrants).
11. The Promotion commences on 1 February 2013 at 00:01 pm (AEDT)
and concludes on 28th February 2013 at 11:59 pm (AEDT) (Promotion Period).12. Eligible Entrants who have not completed the Mandatory Elements as outlined in clause 2, or who have entered an invalid email address or postcode, will be ineligible for entry into the draw.
13. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes has: tampered with the entry process, submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
14. Entries are deemed accepted at the time of receipt in the Promoter’s database and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
15. A random electronic prize draw will take place on 4th March 2013 at 2:00 pm (AEDT) at Mum’s Grapevine Studio 1, 3C Vale Street, St Kilda, VIC, 3182 (Draw Location) from all entries received during the Promotion Period (Draw).
16. The first valid entry drawn in the Draw will win an Incy Interiors (Prize Supplier) kids bedroom package valued at up to $1,647 (Prize) The Prize includes:
i. A Mae, Mia, Miller, Polly or Oscar metal bed. The winner may choose the style and whether they would like a single ($549) or king single ($699) bed.
ii. An Arianne, Luke or Ryan side table valued at $349
iii. An Incy Egg Chair. The winner may choose the colour and whether they
would like a cashmere ($399) or leather ($599) chair.
17. Prizes, or any part thereof, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If any element of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter and Prize Supplier reserve the right to supply the winner with an alternative element of equal value.
18. The total Prize pool is up to $1,647 (inc. GST).
19. The Draw winner will be notified by email and their details will be published on the Competition Page within 28 days of the draw. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Prize will be delivered to the winner by the Prize Supplier to the residential address as supplied to the Prize Supplier.
21. The Promoter, the Promoter's related entities, and all agencies associated with the Promotion and the employees, agents, directors and contractors, of all the Promoter, the Promoter's related entities, and all agencies associated with the Promotion, shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prizes, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
22. If the winner does not claim the Prize by 1:59 pm on 5th June 2013, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the Draw Location on that day at 2:00 pm (AEST) (Re-Draw). The Re-Draw winner, if any, will be notified by email and will be published on the Competition Page within 28 days of the draw.
23. Prize value is RRP, GST inclusive, in Australian dollars and was correct at time of publishing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.
24. Entrants may only enter the Promotion in their own name.
25. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made. To facilitate your participation, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion.
26. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions given by the various State and Territory gaming and Lottery Departments.
