1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry, the competitions are open to all Australian and New Zealand residents between the 06/02/2013 and last mail received 14/03/2013. Employees of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
2. The contest will be judged where applicable by a panel of appointed ‘Just Kidding’ representatives. Final judging for the following contests will take place on the 16/03/2013. Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their literacy and creative merit. These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash. Prizewinners will be published on the Just Kidding Website (
www.justkidding.com.au) in March 2013. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries entered will remain the property of promoter and not be returned to entrant.
