Landscape Your Way Competition

For the month of February 2013 and March 2013 contestants can enter the Landscape Your Way competition through the provided facebook application tab on the Centenary Landscaping Supplies facebook page (www.facebook.com/centenarylandscape). To enter, an applicant must provide all the required details and tell us what they would like to see more of on our Website (centenarylandscaping.com.au), facebook page and other Social Media pages. The winner will be the entrant drawn at random from the pool of valid entries and will win $500 worth of Landscaping Supplies from Centenary Landscaping Supplies.

FULL TERMS and CONDITIONS

PARTICIPATION

1. This competition is conducted by Centenary Landscaping Supplies, trading as Conkel Pty. Ltd. of 26 Sumners Road , Darra QLD 4076. (“Promoter”)

2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.

3. The Competition is not a game of skill competition and chance plays a part in determining the winners.

4. The Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of the Greater Brisbane area; (ii) are not employees of the Promoter; and (ii) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee.

5.   Competition entry commences at 8am on the 14th of February 2013 and closes at 5pm on the 31th 31st of March 2013. All times and dates are times and dates in Brisbane, which is AEST.

ENTRY TO COMPETITION

6.   Entry is open only to a person who:

I.    Likes the promoters Facebook fanpage

II.     Provides the Promoter with all the relevant and required information in the online form on the Promoters fanpage

III.     Has a valid email address

IV.     Is over the age of 18 at the time of entering

V.    Is a resident of Greater Brisbane, and can provide proof of residency upon request

VI.     Completes the “What You Want to See” field in an appropriate fashion.

VII.     Rude or inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid.

7.   Subject to the other conditions: (i) a maximum of one entry will be accepted per person; and (ii) no more than one entry will be accepted that states the same e-mail address for the entrant.

8.   Entry can only be made by internet and facebook:

To enter by internet an entrant must use a compatible browser to visit www.facebook.com/centenarylandscape and complete the competition form located within the competition tab. The entrant must complete the electronic form and provide all details requested on the form, including first and last names, Suburb, postcode, e-mail address and 25 words or less response.

Once the form has been completed to satisfy all conditions and submitted, entry is automatic.

9.  All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or incorrectly completed entry forms, or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications or service or computer equipment.

10.  All entries to the Competition may be subject to verification by the Promoter. An entrant  MUST, within 7 days of being asked, at the Promoter's cost allow the Promoter to inspect and copy any documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including but not limited to evidence of: (i) residence; (ii) age; or (iii) identity.

11.  The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Competition to the Promoter's satisfaction; or (ii) fails to produce items as required by condition 10 or produces items that are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or (iii) tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering; or (iv) submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these conditions.

12.  Any costs associated with accessing the Promoters Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.

13.  Eligible Entrants must make their internet entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject internet entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that they have been entered using automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.

WINNER DETERMINATION

14.  No later than the 6th of April 2013 a winner will be determined at the Promoters Head Office at 26 Sumners Road, Darra QLD 4076.

15.  The Eligible Entrant whose entry is drawn at random and deemed appropriate will be the winner.

16.  In the case of a winning entry being that of a business or company, provided the entry has met all conditions, the winner will be the afore mentioned business or companies Director or Owner.

17.  If the winner drawn is deemed to be unable to meet all conditions outlined above either at the time of draw or when contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to call the entry invalid and in this situation the draw will be held again.

18.  If the prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.

19.  Rights to receive prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

WINNER

20.  The winner will be notified by phone call, email or in writing (at the Promoters discretion) at the phone number, email address or physical address provided. All entrants must ensure these are filled in correctly. The notification may include instructions as to how the winner is to claim the prize and establish his/her entitlement to it.

21.  In order to be entitled to any prize each winner must, if requested by the Promoter, agree to and sign: an eligibility form confirming their compliance with the Conditions and eligibility to accept the prize; and a liability release in favour of the Promoter and/or any person or other entity associated with this Competition. A winner who does not comply with this condition forfeits their prize.

GENERAL

22.  If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition.

23.  The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition.

24.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.

25.  All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

26.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant participating in the Competition. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.

27.  To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.

28.  Each winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter's products.

29.  Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise its winner(s) and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its products to the entrant. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at PO BOX. 686 Sumner Park QLD 4074 to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.

PRIZE

30.  The major and only price will be $500 worth of Landscaping Supplies from Centenary Landscaping Supplies.

31.  The Promoter will provide the winner with the prize within 7 days of the competition draw date, and the prize will be valid for 12 months from the final exchange date – NO EXCEPTIONS.

32. The prize cannot be substituted for cash and is non-transferable.
