In order for you to access the trade promotion lotteries offered by LWS, you must first create a registered account on the Website ("Account"). By creating an Account, you consent to receiving information and email correspondence from LWS.
To register, you simply need to supply LWS with your name, email address, gender, date of birth, interests and the your preferred location to win prizes in. When you register an Account, you agree to provide complete and accurate information and to promptly update your Account with any changes. You acknowledge that you will not use another member's Account.
Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you containing a link required to activate your Account.
Visitors to this Website may also import their details via third party websites. Once the visitor's details are imported, the visitor will be asked to enter their interests in order to complete their registration.
LWS reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account where:
You have opened, or are attempting to open an Account in a fraudulent manner or using a temporary email address;
You have breached these Terms and Conditions;
LWS considers the refusal or closure necessary in order to comply with any requirements under the law;
You have multiple Accounts;

Entering Trade Promotion Lotteries
Only registered Account holders are eligible to enter trade promotion lotteries. Account holders are only permitted to enter each individual trade promotion lottery once. You acknowledge that you must agree to the 'prize specific' terms and conditions listed for each individual trade promotion lottery (if applicable). The 'prize specific' terms and conditions are determined by the supplier of the goods or services and LWS makes no warranty and does not accept any responsibility or liability in relation to those 'prize specific' terms and conditions.
Drawing Prizes
Prizes will be drawn once the following conditions are satisfied:-
'Countdown Timer' reaches zero (0); and
The required number of entries have been lodged.
If the 'Countdown Timer' reaches zero (0) and the required number of entries have not been lodged, the prize will not be drawn. The next trade promotion lottery will be displayed and you will be entitled to submit a new entry for that trade promotion lottery.
Each trade promotion lottery is drawn randomly by computer program.
Once the winner has been selected they will be notified within 2 days via email that they have won. The email will contain further instructions on how to claim the prize.
The winner will be provided with a period of seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize within the seven (7) day period, the winner forfeits their prize and the prize is re-drawn randomly by computer program a further 7 days later and a new winner will be notified. This process will be repeated until the prize has been claimed.
Delivery of Prizes
The supplier is solely responsible for supplying you with your prize. LWS is not responsible for any misrepresentations by the supplier or inadequacies of any goods or services provided by the supplier. LWS acts as agent for the supplier for the limited purpose of conducting the trade promotion lotteries on behalf of the suppliers. Where the prize contains goods or services that require a licence or permit, the supplier is responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to that supply or service.

Any information published on this Website in relation to particular goods and services is based on material supplied to LWS by third parties. Although LWS takes reasonable steps to ensure that all information on this Website is correct, LWS does not verify the accuracy of such information and shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies.
