1 Definitions
1.1 Time means Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
1.2 Immediate Family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de- facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
1.3 Promoter means Scoopon Pty Ltd (ABN 24 149 779 948) of 767 Springvale Road, Mulgrave, Victoria trading as Scoopon Pty Ltd.
1.4 Promotional Period means the period starting Friday 22nd February 2013 at 12pm AEDT and ending on Tuesday 26th February 2013 at 12pm AEDT.
2 Who May Enter
2.1 Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/ guardian must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/ guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to enter this Promotion.
