A Wish Come True with SMART CAMERA WB250F ("Event")
By entering this Event you (the "Entrant") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions included on the Samsung Facebook Fan Page (
http://www.facebook.com/samsungcamera) ("Fan Page") and the Event mobile webpage (
http://www.smartcamerawishcometrue.com) ("Mobile Page") form part of these terms and conditions. This Event is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of operating the Event and will not be passed to Facebook. You are providing your information to Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd ("Samsung"), and not to Facebook.
A. Event Period
The Event period is from 00:00:00 (GMT) on 14/02/2012 until 23:59:59 (GMT) on 04/04/2012 ("Event Period").
B. Eligibility
1. The Event is
open to anyone with a Facebook account who is at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. This Event shall be void where restricted or prohibited by law.
2. The following individuals are not eligible to enter this Event: employees, contractors, directors or officers of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and each of its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively the "Samsung Parties"); employees, contractors, directors or officers of any web design, advertising, fulfillment, insurance agencies of any Samsung Parties; employees, contractors, directors or officers of any agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Event; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and spouse or "step-relative" of each) and those living in the same households of each such employee, contractor, director or officer.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter this Event.
C. How to Enter
1. There is no charge for entering this Event. You must have access to the Internet as the Event can only be entered online.
2. To enter this Event, during the Event Period go to Fan Page and select the Event menu (

3. Watch Samsung SMART CAMERA WB250F’s featured video. A new video will be released every 10 days and total five videos will be released during the Event Period.

Write your wish about what you would do if you had Samsung SMART CAMERA WB250F and submit it. You can simply choose one from the given wishes. Once your wish has been submitted, you can send a request to your Facebook friends to vote for your wish.
4b. Explore Event Pages and read what others have wished for. Vote for your favorite wish which you want to see it come true and send a request to your Facebook friends to support your vote by voting for your favorite wish.
D. How to win
1
. Up to ten (10) winners will be randomly selected every day among all users who vote for others’ wishes and win the Instant Prize. Chances of winning increase if voters send a request to their Facebook friends to support their votes.

Every ten (10) days, one (1) winner who submitted a wish and received the highest number of votes will be selected. Total five (5) winners will be selected during the Event Period and win the Choice Prize.3. At the end of the campaign, a panel of judges from Samsung will select one winning wish among all wishes submitted during the event period based on the nature of the wish, how interesting it would be when it comes true, and the number of votes it received. A user who submitted the winning wish will be selected as the winner and win the Grand Prize.
E. The Prize
1.
One (1) 8GB Samsung SMART CAMERA WB250F design USB Memory Stick will be given to each Instant Prize winner.
2. One (1) Samsung SMART CAMERA Package will be given to each Choice Prize winner. The Samsung SMART CAMERA Package includes one (1) Samsung SMART CAMERA WB250F and one (1) Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 7.0.
3. Samsung SMART Travel Package will be given to the Grand Prize winner. The Samsung SMART Travel Package includes two (2) Round-the-World flight tickets and one (1) Samsung SMART CAMERA WB250F.-The winner can select up to ten (10) destinations s/he would like to stop.
-The flight must start and end in the same city.
-Total period of travel cannot exceed thirty (30) days.
-The winner must select one direction between west to east and east to west to go round and cannot backtrack and return.
-Booking must be completed within two (2) months from the day of winner announcement.
-Once booking is completed, the winner must contact the airline for schedule changes.
-The total fares required for booking two (2) Round-the-World flight tickets cannot exceed 15,000 USD.
-Accommodation or any other expenses except the flight tickets are not included.
-The itinerary may need to be adjusted due to the availability of seats, flights and airlines.
-All restrictions or regulations given by the provider or airlines must apply at any time.
F. Notification of Winners
1. All winners will be announced in the Event Pages. An email notification will be sent to the email addresses registered with the given Facebook account at the time of entry within 10 days after the winner announcement.
2. As soon as Instant Prize winners are selected, a contact info pop-up window will be displayed to the winners in the Event pages. Users must fill in contact information (notifying their name, email address, phone number, and postal address) into the window so that Samsung can send final email notifications.
3. All winners will have 10 days from the date the email notification is sent to them to claim their prize by sending a reply via email to the email address from which the notification email from Samsung was received.
4. In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their prize.
G. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Event constitutes winner's consent to Samsung's use of winner's name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
H. Privacy and Data Protection
1. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Event, the details and information provided by you when entering the Event or claiming a prize will not be used for any purpose other than to notify winners and for prize fulfillment purposes in connection with the Event promotion, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
2. Participants' personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
I. General Conditions
1. Participants must have a valid e-mail address registered with the given Facebook account at the time of entry.
2. By entering this Event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions which are final and binding in all respects related to the Event.
3. Samsung reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the Event or the terms and conditions of entry at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice.
4. Samsung reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participants deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Event or any website of Samsung’s partners; (b) violating these Terms and Conditions; (c) acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
5. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Event is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Samsung reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Samsung's failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
6. Participation in receipt of benefits from the Event may have tax consequences. Should there be any tax liability for participation in the competition or the receipt of a prize, or costs or expenses relating to participation in the competition or for any other reasons, such taxes and/or expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant.
7. This Event is governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. All disputes, controversies or claims between the parties arising out of or in connection with this Event shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Seoul Central District Court of Korea.
8. If you were selected as one of the winners, you are not allowed to use Fan Page wall to post messages to promote and re-sell any of the prizes. By doing so, you will be banned from any future Events held by Fan Page.
9. If for any reason the Event is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, the Samsung reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, delay, modify, or terminate the promotion without any prior notice.
10. The Samsung, its agents, and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any online networked, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in any contents or entry into the promotion not being properly recorded or uploaded.
11. The Samsung shall not be liable for any disruption to the promotion, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond reasonable control. In the event of any disruption to the promotion, the Samsung shall use its reasonable endeavors to remedy the disruption and resume the promotion on a fair and equitable basis to the participants.
12. The decision of the Samsung is final and the Samsung shall not enter into any correspondence about the results. The Samsung accepts no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
13. By entering the promotion, you agree to release the Samsung from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at, or use of any prize
14. The Samsung reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of the Samsung.
