2. Prize/Prizes
2.1 There will be five (5) Major prize winners, with one (1) winner per each of the following State/Territory Regions:
ACT/NSW;
VIC/TAS;
QLD;
SA/NT;
WA.
Entrants who are residents within the relevant State/Territory region are eligible to win the prize for that State/Territory Region.
2.2 Each of the five (5) Major Prizes include:
a) Two (2) consecutive nights, two (2) rooms 4 star accommodation) with buffet breakfast for the Winner and three (3) guests at the participating Rydges Hotel specified in the table below for the winning entry‟s specified State (valued at up to $1350);
b) Four (4) Gold Class Event cinema tickets including drink on arrival for each of the four ticketholder (valued at $160);

The maximum total value of each Major Prize is $1,510.
The maximum total value of five (5) the Major Prizes is $7,550
2.3 There will be thirty (30) Minor prize winners. Each Minor Prize includes:
Four (4) in-season cinema tickets to see the Village Roadshow film „Goddess‟ at Event cinemas – (valued at AU$76)
The total value of the thirty (30) Minor Prizes is $2280
The maximum total value of the Prize Pool (including Major Prizes and Minor Prizes) is $9830
2.4 The Major Prize does not include:
a) Transport of the winner and guests to and from the relevant allocated participating Rydges Hotel; and
b) any additional expenses incurred when redeeming the prize which include without limitation meals, drinks, any transfers, laundry charges, hotel activities, hotel car parking, mini bar and room service costs, other hotel incidentals, visas, ground transportation, related insurance, gratuities, service charges, pre and post accommodation around the use of the prize, optional activities or excursions, merchandise or any other costs of a related, ancillary, personal or incidental nature and all other ancillary costs that are not stated above in condition 2.2.
2.5 Each of the prizes must be taken as offered and in accordance with Promoter‟s directions. Accommodation is subject to booking and availability.
2.6 The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2.7 All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
2.8 In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
