18. The first two (2) valid entries drawn in the Major Prize Draw (“the Participants”) will each win the following major prize:

• the opportunity to participate in a “Cook Off” session with celebrity chef Pete Evans in Sydney, NSW, valued at up to AU$11,389.50 depending on date and
point of departure (“the Game”).
19. The Game will take place in Sydney, NSW on a date between May and July 2013,
with the exact date to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. In
order to participate in the Game, each Participant will receive a trip to Sydney, NSW for the Participant and a friend, valued at up to AU$11,389.50, depending on date and point of departure, including:
• two (2) nights accommodation in a minimum 4 star rating hotel in Sydney, NSW
(exact hotel to be determined by the Promoter); and
• one (1) formal lunch and one (1) formal dinner (exact restaurant and menu to be
determined by the Promoter) for the winner and his/her friend.
If the drawn Participant resides outside of New South Wales, he/she will also receive return economy airfares for themselves and a friend, from his/her nearest capital city (if the Participant resides in Australia) or from the nearest of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch (if the Participant resides in New Zealand) to Sydney, NSW and return transfers from the Sydney airport to accommodation.
If the drawn Participant resides within New South Wales, the Participant and his/her friend will be responsible for transport to and from the accommodation. The Participant and his/her friend must depart from and return to the same point, and travel together.
Spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs are not included.
20. If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on his/her behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game. Any proxy nominated must not be a professional chef/cook and must be approved by the Promoter.
21. Each Participant will partake in the Game, a “Cook Off” session with celebrity chef Pete Evans, against the other Major Prize Draw winner for the chance to win $5,000, awarded in the winner’s local currency (“Grand Prize”). Participants will have 60 minutes to prepare a main meal that is between 10 and 15 Weight Watchers ProPoints values (based on the Weight Watchers ProPoints values system) using any Weight Watchers products (both Weight Watcher’s branded products and Weight Watchers endorsed products) prepared (either in part or whole) on a Breville Contact Grill GR800. Participants will be provided with all required cookware, ingredients and kitchen appliances. If a Participant is found to have breached these conditions, he/she will be disqualified.
Participants are required to plan their meal at home prior to competing in the Game using the Weight Watchers ProPoints Kitchen Scales they were awarded, to determine the ProPoints values of the meal they intend to prepare. Each Participant must provide the Promoter the recipe for their meal they will cook at the “Cook Off” prior to the event. Once the “Cook Off” date is confirmed, the Promoter will advise each Participant of the exact date by which their main meal recipe for the “Cook Off” must be provided to the Promoter.
Each Participant must not interfere with the dishes created by other Participants of the Game. In the event that a Participant breaches this condition or in any other way interferes or disrupts the Cook Off, he/she will, at the Promoter’s discretion, be disqualified.
22. Each dish will be individually judged based on the following criteria: i) creativity of the dish; ii) taste of the dish; iii) use of any Weight Watchers products (branded and/or
endorsed); and iv) total ProPoints values of the dish. The dish prepared must not only be a low ProPoints values, it must also be creative, tasty and use at least one Weight Watchers branded and/or endorsed products.
23. The participant who produces the best dish (based on the above-mentioned criteria and as determined by Pete Evans in his absolute discretion) at the end of the Cook Off will be determined to be the winner of the Game and will receive the $5,000 Grand Prize, awarded by cheque or by direct deposit into a nominated bank account in the winner’s name (as per the winner’s preference).
24. Each Participant and their respective travel companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Participants may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, the Game, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
25. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize), then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
