http://www.hipaustralia.com.au/5000-home-improvement-giveaway Only one entry per household. Winners must ‘own’ or be ‘in the process of paying off’ their own home or gain the permission of ‘the owner’ in order to install any or all of The Home Improvement Peoples products on the premises.
Written entry must be on an original entry form – no photocopies.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies. The Promoter is the Home Improvement People Pty Ltd of number 4 Unit 8 Gladstone road Castle Hill NSW 2154
1 prize in total is on offer.
The competition commences 9am on Monday 4th March 2013
and closes 12pm midday on Friday 19th April 2013. Entries closing on 19/4/13. The winner will be drawn from a barrel containing all entries received .

PUBLISHING DATE: The Saturday following draw date: and advertised in the public notices section of the Sydney Morning Herald in NSW on the 20th April 2013.
Total prize pool value is $5,000. There is only one draw. The winner can select either one of the following home improvement prizes: (a) Installation of Artificial Lawn up to the Value of $5000. (b) Security Window Roller Shutter(s) up to the value of $5,000. Valuation of each shutter is dependent on the type of window. As an example, a shutter for an average window with manual operation including material, installation is valued at $1365.00. (c) Roof Restoration for the whole house up to the value of $5,000 (d) Solar Energy back to grid system up to the value of $5,000 (made possible with STC rebate which is required to be signed over to The Home Improvement People (e) OR a combination of the products making up the value of $5,000. The winner will be responsible for any costs exceeding $5,000 if they choose option (e). All prices are based on recommended retail price list.
Prizes, including any unused portion, are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize.
Winners will be notified by telephone or mail where no phone is available. Names of the winners of prizes over the value of $100 will be published in The Sydney Morning Herald in NSW and listed on the Home Improvement People website

If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State lottery department and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out above. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/ or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any income), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
