The competition detailed in these Terms and Conditions is a single competition which is being promoted by GoDo ("the Promoter") at its registered office at Level 10, 17 York St, Sydney, NSW 2000, ABN 29 122 509 139. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Subject to clause 3 below, the Competition is open to all persons aged 18 years and over residing in either Australia or New Zealand.
The Competition is not open to employees or agents (and their family members) of the Promoter or any of its affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the management or provision of the Competition or the Prize (see clause 13 for description of Prize).
This competition is a game of skill. Entrants in the Competition must provide a response to a question in order to enter the Competition. This Response must be original to them and they must not copy the work of someone else. Entrants in the Competition own the copyright in their Response as its author.
Participants enter by liking GoDo on Facebook, choosing one of three getaways they'd like to win from an extreme adventure getaway, a relax & un-WINE-d getaway and a wilderness wanderer getaway, telling us in 25 words or less why they have chosen that getaway, and submitting their personal details including first name, last name, state and email via the entry form at

After having completed the entry process, valid entries will be entered into the Competition.
The Promoter shall be entitled to discard any entry (including, but not limited to, any Response) that: a. has been copied or plagiarised; b. is submitted after the Closing Date (see clause 11); c. which requires a proof of permission to enter but that proof cannot be obtained; or d. is in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
All entries will be subject to moderation and the Promoter reserves the right to reject entries (or remove any reference to such entry from any form of publication whether electronic or otherwise) deemed, in the Promoter's sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
Entries may be submitted between 9am AEST Wednesday 27 February and 4pm Thursday 21 March 2013 ("Closing Date"). In the event that the Promoter amends the Closing Date, entrants and potential entrants in the Competition will be notified of this on the GoDo.com.au and GoDo.co.nz sites.
There is one prize to be won. At the conclusion of the competition, a winner will be chosen on Thursday 28 March 2013 at 12pm (AEST) at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and the entry that is deemed to be the best, as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion, will win the prize. The winner of the Prize will also be contacted by email by the Promoter within 48 hours of the winner being chosen. Should the winner remain uncontactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12pm (AEST) on Friday 28 June 2013 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Winner's details will also be published on GoDo.com.au and GoDo.co.nz for a period of 3 months.

All prize values are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible. No transfer or assignment of the Prize is permitted under any circumstances. In the event that a winner is unable to embark on the Activity Portion of the prize on the original date arranged due to weather or issues arising outside of their control, the winner will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the activity or activities for another date. Should travel to the activity destination be required, this will be at the winner's own expense.
Maximum value of the prize is NZD$1851.
Prize does not include flights, travel costs to departing airport, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, transfers, meals, beverages, visas, activities or additional travel charges incurred.The Prize must be booked within six weeks of notification of the winner and must be booked at least three weeks prior to departure. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and is subject to blackout dates including Monday 1 October 2013, the Christmas period including 24 December 2013 to 6 January 2014 inclusive, and Friday 18 to Monday 21 April 2014 inclusive. All prize elements will remain valid for redemption until Monday 31 March 2014.
The Prize cannot be returned for cash or its equivalent.
Winners of the Competition (and their companions) shall be responsible for obtaining their own flights, insurance, valid passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and inoculations. It is strongly recommended that winners (and their companions) take out adequate travel and medical insurance.
In the event of cancellation, one night of the accommodation portion of the prize will be forfeited. The activities portion will be rescheduled by the Promoter provided that a minimum one week's notice from the original booking date is provided by the winner to the Promoter.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling companion are fit to travel and have received appropriate health checks prior to taking the prize.
If requested by the Promoter, winner/s and their companions must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form provided by the Promoter favour of the Promoter and all parties involved in this Competition and/or providing the prize, before they participate in the Competition and/or the prize.
Entrants acknowledge that there may be inherent risks in some aspects of the Competition or the prize and that participation in the Competition or the prize may involve participating in dangerous activities. By entering this Competition and/or accepting the prize, entrants accept that risk for themselves and for their companion.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Competition will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not from any person's negligence) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects your information to include you in this competition.
