Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into and participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Pfizer Consumer Healthcare Pty Ltd of 38-42 Wharf Road, West Ryde NSW 2114.
The promotion commences on Tuesday 5th March 2013 at 9:00am (AEST) and concludes on 5th May 2013 at 5:00pm (AEST) (Promotional Period). Late entries will not be accepted.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or their related corporations or agencies or any other company associated with the Promoter, are not eligible to enter the promotion.
To enter, an individual must follow the steps set out below:

Click the ‘Enter Now' button to link through to the ‘Entry Page' website;
Choose 3 Facebook friends to take with you on your ultimate virtual Summer Roadtrip as follows:

Entrants are also provided with the option to ‘Share to your Facebook Wall', however this step is optional and is not required for entry into the promotion.
Entrants under the age of 18 years at the time of entry must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 years to enter.
Should an individual's contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the individual's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer to the Promotion Question. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be announced at 2.00 pm on Monday 6 May/2013 on the ChapStick Australia Facebook Page.
The Promoter will notify the winner by email.
If the winner of any prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is fraudulent or not otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or any relevant law, or who tampers with the entry process.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries may be deemed invalid and will not be eligible to be awarded the prize.
There are eleven(11) prizes available in this competition, described in clause 19. The best valid entries, as determined by the judges, will each win a prize. The best valid entry, as determined by the judges,will win the major prize.
The major prize is a Sony NEX F3 Camera in the major prize winner's choice of pink or black colour. There are also 10 minor prize packs which include an inflatable cushion, inflatable pillow, Chapstick iPhone case and 4 ChapSticks.. Any prize, or any unused portion of any prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If any prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
If the winner does not accept the prize by 12 May 2013 at 5:00pm (AEST), the prize will be forfeited by that person. That person will notified by telephone and email. The Promoter reserves the right to award any forfeited prize to another entrant.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, it its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
to disqualify any entrant; or
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
A prize winner has rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include a statutory guarantee that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality. These Terms and Conditions do not, and do not intend to, exclude or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties express or implied, under laws other than the Australian Consumer Law regarding the quality or suitability of the prize awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of any such implied term.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any:
personal injury; or
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion arising out of any of the following:
use of the prize; or
any technical difficulties; or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); or
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, misdirected or damaged (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; or
any variation in prize value to that stated in the terms and conditions; or
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.
The Promoter, collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Entrants confirm and promise that their answer to the Promotion Question is written by them and original, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Participation in the promotion constitutes a prize-winner's consent to the Promoter's use of the prize-winner's name, likeness and opinion (including without limitation footage of the winner's receipt and use of the prize) on the Promoter's website or otherwise for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any fee being paid by the Promoter. The prize winner further agrees to the Promoter reproducing and publishing their response to the Promotion Question in its original form or in a modified form and without attributing them as its author for promotional, marketing publicity and internal reporting purposes. The prize winner agrees to sign any further documentation required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement, as a pre-condition to being awarded the prize.
If part or all of any clause of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, it will be severed, and the balance of these Terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State.
