The promotional period is from Monday February 18 – Thursday March 28 at 6pm.
The active contest period is from Monday February 25 – Thursday March 28 at 6pm.
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales only.
To enter, listeners must head to the competitions page at 2GB.com and fill in an entry form.
Entries close Thursday March 28 at 12pm.
Each day from Monday to Friday, during the weeks of February 25, March 4, March 11 and March 18, four contestants’ names will be announced on air (one in Breakfast, Mornings, Afternoons and Drive). They will have 8 minutes and 73 seconds to call in to make it onto the standby list. If the listener does not call back in time, one other listener will have the chance to go into the draw within the programme.
On Friday of each week, Ben Fordham will call the winner during the Drive Show between 5pm and 6pm.

Prizes are non- transferrable and there is no cash alternative.
Transfers within Australia are not included.
Prizes include return airfares for 2 people departing from Sydney International airport including taxes. The winner/s and travelling companions must travel at the same time and on the same flight, must depart from Sydney, and return to the same departure city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest departure city for flight departure.
Flight tickets are valid for travel on Cathay Pacific services only, over the specified routing and in the class of travel as stated.
Flight tickets non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
Flight tickets are not redeemable during the peak season, this runs from 14 December 2013 to 13 January 2014.
Flights valid for travel between 1 March 2013 and 28 February 2014. All travel must be completed by this date.
By entering this compeition the winner agrees to Cathy Pacific's booking terms as stated below:
The Winner should claim his/her prize by contacting Cathay Pacific on or before 1 July 2013 by replying to the Grand Prize Notice or email to
aus_distribution@cathaypacific.com.
If the Winner fails to claim the Prize within the time and in the manner specified, the Organizer shall have the right to disqualify such Winner, forfeit the Prize and select another Winner from the list of Potential Winners.
The Winner shall submit his/her flight booking requests and travelling companions in relation to the Prize to Cathay Pacific by 1 July 2013. Cathay Pacific has the final discretion as to whether to accept the Winner’s flight booking requests. The Prize will be forfeited if no booking requests are submitted by the Winner by 1 July 2013 - The Winner is not entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organizer for any Prize forfeited or not used in full.
Except as otherwise provided in these Terms & Conditions, Winner shall be responsible for planning and arranging his/her itinerary for the Eligible Travel including but not limited to the travel arrangements from and to the departure point and within any arrival destination.
Any Air Tickets issued for the Eligible Travel are valid only on flight/date shown. Change of flight/dates, refund or cancellation of issued Air Tickets are not permitted. All Eligible Travel must be completed by 28 February 2014.
Except for the Prizes, the Winner shall be responsible for all other costs, charges, fees and taxes in relation to any Eligible Travel and activities associated therewith, including payment of costs relating to injury, illness or any unexpected liabilities regardless of whether the same may ultimately be recoverable from the Travel Insurance.
The Winner cannot earn any form of Asia Miles or other frequent flyer mileage and/or Marco Polo Club’s Club mileage/sector credits when using the provided air tickets for Eligible Travel. Upgrade of travel class by use of cash or bonus miles is not permitted. The Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
If there is any dispute on the class or type of hotel room that the Winner may select when redeeming the Hotel Accommodation prize, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding on all parties concerned and the Winner shall not dispute the same.
The Winner is responsible for checking with any relevant authorities regarding passport and visa requirements. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to obtain all requisite travel documentation and visas. The Winner is responsible for any insurance, medical check-up fees or health certificate insurance fees, transfers, and other related expenses in connection with the Eligible Travel. Winner is strongly advised to take out insurance cover for all appropriate risks.
Airline tickets will be issued electronically and are valid for travel on Cathay Pacific services only, over the specified routing and in the class of travel as stated. These tickets are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with travel discounts or special offers. Any extension or variation of the travel dates nominated by the Promoter will be at the cost and responsibility of the Winner. Any requests to extend or vary travel arrangements must be made in writing and must be received by the Promoter. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation or amendment fee, at the cost and responsibility of the Winner.
