ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:

1.Be a legal resident of Australia
2.Be of 18+ years of age


Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, their related bodies corporate and companies or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

Promotion commences at 00:01 March 1, 2013 CST and closes at 00:01 CST on March 31, 2013.

Winner will be drawn and contacted within two working days of competition closing.

This competition is open to entrants from all states of Australia. The NSW Lottery License Permit for this competition is LTPM-13-00150.

Limitation to entry, you must have a Facebook Profile to enter and there is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. The entrant will receive an additional 5 entries each time a facebook friend of theirs enters after the entrant.

WITHDRAWAL OF ENTRY:
If an entrant submits an entry and later wishes to have it removed from, or not posted to the intended contest, they should contact Hybrid Digital Marketing Technologies on (08) 8113 0445 during business hours.
All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.

2.The winner must contact Ironfish within 2 weeks of the winning notification to claim their prize

Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded in any form.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

WINNER SELECTION:
The winners will be selected using a random winner selector embedded in the Woobox application.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or any instructions or directions on this web site, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
