FREEBIES REWARDS® PROGRAMME INSTANT WIN PROMOTION
1.   The Freebies Rewards® Programme Instant Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is promoted by CPM (NSW) Pty Limited ACN 300 54 494 281 of Centro Bankstown, State Office, 1 North Terrace, Bankstown NSW 2200 (Promoter). Telephone number: 61 2 8713 2200.
2.   The Promotion commences at 6:00 am (local time) on 27 October 2012 and closes at midnight (local time) on 26 October 2013.
3.   All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and the participating Centro shopping centre (as set out in schedule 1) (each a “Participating Centre” and collectively the “Participating Centres”) and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

How to Enter

To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

4.   Visit a ‘Freebies’ machine at a Participating Centre and:

a.   IF ALREADY A FREEBIES REWARDS® MEMBER: Scan their Freebies Rewards® membership card (including the electronic membership card stored in the Freebies Rewards® mobile application) to enter the Promotion; or
b.   IF NOT A FREEBIES REWARDS® MEMBER: Register their details on the ‘Freebies’ machine to enter the Promotion and subsequently scan their temporary Freebies Rewards® membership to enter the Promotion. New members will be asked to select one (1) applicable membership category, either 'Customer', 'Centro Staff’ (includes the directors, management and employees of the Promoter or any member of the Centro Property Group) or 'Centre Staff' (which includes the management and employees of retailers of a Participating Centre) (each a “Membership Category”), (each, an “Entry”).
5.   Customers may also register as a Freebies Rewards® member via the ‘Freebies’ Rewards® mobile application or by visiting a Participating Centre’s website and completing the required registration information.
6.   Entrants will be immediately notified whether they have won an Instant Prize upon scanning their membership card as outlined in clause 4 (“Instant Prize Winner") and a voucher to redeem the Instant Prize (“Voucher") will be immediately printed from the Freebies Rewards® machine. The Voucher will only be issued in the entrant's name and/or membership number. Vouchers will not be available through any other means. All Vouchers will specify the period when the Instant Prize must be redeemed by (“Period of Claim").
7.   Vouchers for an Instant Prize can only be redeemed once. Any attempt to subsequently use a voucher after the first valid redemption by an eligible entrant will be invalid. Vouchers are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use (including expiry dates) and must be redeemed by the date stated on the voucher otherwise their Instant Prize will be forfeited. Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected vouchers. All warranty claims in respect of Instant Prizes must be directed towards the applicable manufacturer or supplier and not the Promoter.
8.   The winner of an Instant Prize will be notified within 14 days of being declared the Instant Prize Winner for that Instant Prize.
9.   The Instant Prize Winner will be required to follow instructions on the Freebies Rewards® machine to claim an Instant Prize. If the Entrant does not claim their prize in the manner and in the timeframes set out on the Freebies Rewards® machine, the prize will be forfeited
10.   Each Membership Category will have the chance to win prizes from their selected Membership Category only. Some prizes may be offered exclusively to only one of the membership categories; 'Customer', 'Centre Staff' or 'Centro Staff'. The Freebies Rewards® machine will only display the prizes available to each Membership Category. Any change of Membership Category can be made by contacting the Customer Service Desk or Centre Management of a Participating Centre. Proof of identity and employment status may be required to confirm the member's Membership Category.
11.   Multiple entries into the Promotion are permitted, but is limited to one (1) entry per calendar day for each Freebies Rewards® Member, unless otherwise expressly advertised on the Freebies Rewards® machine and/or other media authorised by the Promoter at the applicable Participating Centre. Each entry must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these terms and conditions.
12.   Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.

Prizes

13.   The total maximum prize pool value for Instant Prizes awarded during the Promotional Period is up to $2,522,400.00.
14.   There will be up to thirty eight (38) Participating Centres, each awarding its own Instant Prizes during the Promotional Period. Details and value of the Instant Prizes for each Participating Centre will be advertised on the machine and/or other media during the Promotional Period at each Participating Centre.
15.   All Instants Prizes won with a value over $1000 will be published on the Centres website where the prize was awarded. This advertisement will happen within 28days from the date the prize was won & will remain on the website for a minimum of 28days from publication date.
16.   The Instant Prizes for each Participating Centre during the Promotional Period will only be valid at that Participating Centre issuing the Voucher (unless otherwise expressly stated) and will include a combination of one or more of the prize types particularised in the table immediately below (collectively Instant Prizes and each an Instant Prize) which will be randomly selected as an Instant Prize:

17.   The quantity and nature of Instant Prizes may vary for each Participating Centre.
18.   All prize values are based on the recommended retail price, including GST and are accurate at date of permit approval. The Promoter will not be responsible for any subsequent changes or diminution in value of any Instant Prizes.
19.   All Instant Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable, refundable, exchangeable for cash or kind and are subject to these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions of the retailer of the Participating Centre issuing the Instant Prize or the Voucher, including expiry dates.

How to claim the Instant Prize

20.   To collect an Instant Prize, the Instant Prize Winner must, within the Period of Claim as specified on the Voucher:

a.   Take the original Voucher to staff at either
i.   The retailer specified on the Voucher;
ii.   Customer service desk at the relevant Participating Centre; or
iii.   Centre Management at the relevant Participating Centre (or as specified on the Voucher); and
b.   collect the Instant Prize.

General Terms and Conditions

21.   The Promotion is only open to residents aged 15 years and over who are members, or become members of the Freebies Rewards® Programme in the manner required during the Promotional Period and who have a current and valid temporary or permanent membership card (including an electronic membership card stored in the Freebies Rewards® mobile application) for the Freebies Rewards® Programme.
22.   Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms & Conditions will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner entering the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the discretion of the Promoter.
23.   All Winners are determined randomly via an electronic draw.
24.   The Promotion is open to all persons except the Freebies Rewards® Programme software providers, developers and their employees.
25.   Vouchers presented to claim an Instant Prize must be an original as photocopies or images of Vouchers will not be accepted.
26.   The Instant Prize Winner's ability to claim the Instant Prize will not be invalidated due to any printing or other quality control error by the Freebies Rewards® machine. In the event the Voucher fails to print, the Instant Prize Winner should contact Centre Management of the Participating Centre awarding the Instant Prize.
27.   Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms & Conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be met. Instant win prize game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way or if the Voucher fails the Promoter's validation tests. Such instant win prize game materials are void and ineligible to enter the promotion.
28.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Instant Prize.
29.   If any Instant Prize or any element of an Instant Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter or retailer specified on the Voucher, reserves the right to substitute the Instant Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
30.   Entrants can only enter in their own name using their own Freebies Rewards® Membership. Proof of identity and original Freebies Rewards® Membership will be required upon collection of any Instant Prize (including confirming consent of an entrant’s parent or legal guardian and the name, age and address of the parent or legal guardian that gave their consent, where an entrant is under 18 years of age). If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction then all the entries of that entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
31.   Any Instant Prize(s) not claimed by an Instant Prize Winner by 12 noon (local time) on 28 January 2014 or such other date as the Promoter determines shall be deemed no longer eligible for the Instant Prize and the Promoter will conduct a redraw at 6:00 pm (“Re-draw") on the same date at the applicable Participating Centre to distribute any Instant Prize(s) not awarded or claimed, subject to any written directions given under applicable State legislation. The winner(s) in the Re-draw will be notified in writing via SMS or email and is then the Instant Prize Winner for the purposes of these terms and conditions. Any Instant Prizes redrawn with a value over $1000 will be published on the Centres website where the prize was redrawn. This advertisement will happen within 28days from the date the prize was won & will remain on the website for a minimum of 28days from publication date.
32.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected Entries or Vouchers. Freebies Rewards® memberships which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
33.   Any decision made by the Promoter or Centre Management of the Participating Centre is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
34.   By entering the Promotion, entrants hereby give the Promoter authority to announce their name (should they be the Instant Prize Winner) upon being notified that they are an Instant Prize Winner, claiming the Instant Prize, Re-draw or at any stage thereafter.
35.   The Promoter (including its related bodies corporate and the retailers participating in this Promotion), including its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion. This includes, but not limited to any technological breakdown or malfunction of the Freebies Rewards® Machine.
36.   The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
37.   By partaking in the Promotion, the Instant Prize Winner agrees to participate in all promotional, public or marketing activity requested by the Promoter, related entities and its agents in connection with the Promotion and the use of the Instant Prize Winner's image or voice (including photograph, file and/or recording of the same) for an unlimited period of time without any notification, remuneration or compensation.
38.   By partaking in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use the entrant's membership details or in connection with claiming any Instant Prize in accordance with Centro's Privacy Collection Statement. A copy of Centro's Privacy Policy Collection Statement will be available for viewing at the Centre Management of each Participating Centre, or online at http://www.centro.com.au/Privacy.htm.
39.   By participating in the Promotion, entrants further acknowledge that a primary purpose for collection of an entrants' personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact the entrant in the future with information on special offers or provide entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies or promotional partners, who may contact the entrant with special offers in this way. By entering the promotion, an entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant's personal information in this manner. Entrants may opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe" link in the email or as set out in the SMS.
40.   The Participating Centres in the Promotion for are as follows:

Freebies Rewards® Terms and Conditions
FREEBIES REWARDS® PROGRAMME
Applying for membership
1.   Information on how to become a member of the Freebies Rewards® Programme (“The Programme”) and claim offers and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By applying for membership to the Programme, a participant is deemed to accept and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.   The Programme Administrator may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to participants. Since participants are bound by the most current version of these Terms and Conditions, a participant should periodically check the Terms and Conditions. A participant's continued membership to the Programme following the posting of any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3.   Membership to the Programme is free and open to all Australian residents aged 15 years or older.
4.   There are three (3) categories of membership; 'Customer', 'Centro Staff' (includes the directors, management and employees of the Programme Administrator) and 'Centre Staff' (includes the management and employees of participating retailers).
5.   To apply for membership to the Programme, an eligible participant must either:-
a.   Attend a shopping centre participating in the Programme and visit a 'Freebies' machine. The eligible participant must then follow the instructions on the 'Freebies' machine to provide the required information.
b.   Join 'Freebies' through visiting the Programme's website at www.freebiesrewards.com.au, or through visiting one of the participating centre's websites and providing the required information (required information may include, but is not limited to, their full name, age, residential address, telephone number, current and valid email address).
c.   Download the Freebies mobile application (available for Android and iTunes) (“Freebies App), touch the ‘Freebies’ icon and provide the required information (required information may include, but is not limited to, their full name, age, residential address, telephone number, current and valid email address, username and password.
6.   Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible membership applications will not be valid.
7.   Participants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to apply for membership of the Programme and provide personal information about themselves. Participants who are under the age of 18 years and apply for membership of the Programme without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms & Conditions will bind the participants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years).
8.   The Programme Administrator may refuse any application for membership in their sole discretion. An eligible participant who completes the application process via the ‘Freebies’ machines or the shopping centre websites in the manner required and whose application is accepted will then be issued a temporary membership card, which can be used immediately until a permanent membership card is issued. A permanent membership card will either be mailed to the eligible participant at their nominated address, or will be available for collection from Centre Management or the Customer Service Desk within the participating shopping centre. An eligible participant who completes the application process via the Freebies App will receive a permanent electronic membership card, which will be stored in their App.
9.   Incomplete applications will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost or misdirected applications.
10.   Participants can only apply for membership in their own name. The Programme Administrator and participating shopping centres reserve the right to request a participant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Programme Administrator or participant retailer's satisfaction, at their sole discretion) in order to confirm their identity, age, residential address, eligibility to apply for Programme membership, and any information submitted by the participant in applying for membership to the Programme, before issuing a membership card and admitting the participant into the Programme (including confirming consent of a participant’s legal guardian and the name, age and address of the parent or legal guardian that gave their consent, where an entrant is under 18 years of age). If the documentation required by the Programme Administrator or participating shopping centres is not received by the Programme Administrator or participating shopping centre or a participant's details have not been verified or validated to the Programme Administrator's or a participating shopping centre's satisfaction within the time requested, the participant will not be issued a membership card and will not be admitted to the Programme. Membership cards will only be issued within a participating shopping centre following any participant validation and verification that the Programme Administrator or participating shopping centres require in their sole discretion.
11.   Each eligible participant is limited to one membership of the Programme only. The one membership card (including electronic cards) can be used at multiple participating shopping centres. Any subsequent applications received from an eligible participant after their first membership application is received will be deemed invalid.
12.   Freebies Rewards® Membership cards can only be scanned at the 'Freebies' machine by the owner of that Membership Card. Any customer caught scanning a membership cards that is not registered in their own name is engaging in fraudulent behaviour and may result in the termination of both customers' Memberships. Suspension and termination is at the discretion of the Programme Administrator.
13.   Each participant using the Freebies App is responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their login details for the Freebies App and is responsible for any activity under their account. Each participant agrees to immediately notify the Programme Administrator of any unauthorised use of their account or password or any other breach of security. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to control the dissemination and use of their password and control access to and use of their account. The Programme Administrator will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from a participant’s failure to comply with this provision.
14.   Membership cards are not credit or charge cards, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and remain the property of the Programme Administrator. A participant must immediately notify the Programme Administrator of a lost or stolen membership card. The Programme Administrator is not liable for any delay in replacing a membership card or for any unauthorised use of a membership card.
15.   The Programme Administrator and a participating shopping centre may terminate or suspend any persons membership of the Programme in their sole discretion and without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if the participant: fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions; abuses any privilege accorded to the participant under the Programme; supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to the Programme Administrator or to any participating shopping centre in connection with the Programme; does not use his or her membership card for a period of 12 months; dies; or becomes bankrupt.
16.   A participant may terminate his or her membership to the Programme at any time by giving written notice to the Programme Administrator.
17.   The Programme Administrator reserves the right to verify the validity of membership applications and reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the application process or for submitting an application which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or if the participant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Programme. The Programme Administrator's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
18.   A predetermined number of membership points (to be determined by the Programme Administrator in its sole discretion) will be awarded to a participant when they attend the participating shopping centre, visit the 'Freebies' machine and scan their membership card, or open the Freebies App in the manner required. A participant will only earn membership points up to once per day, regardless of how many times on any given day they attend the participating shopping centre, visit the 'Freebies' machine and scan their membership card, or open the Freebies App.
19.   The number of membership points earned will be displayed on the 'Freebies' machine once the participant scans their membership card. The number of membership points earned by the participant may also be stored in the Freebies App.
20.   From time to time, bonus membership points may be issued in accordance with individual advertised offers, promotions or competitions at each participating shopping centre. Programme members who enter advertised promotions and competitions or otherwise take advantage of advertised offers, must do so in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions as stated on the 'Freebies' machine or any applicable web based portal.
21.   Membership points and the rights they confer cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or unless otherwise specified. Membership points have no cash or monetary value. The Programme Administrator may, in its sole discretion, determine to cancel a participant's membership points if such points have not been used or redeemed for a continuous period of 12 months. The Programme Administrator may also, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel the Programme or move a participants existing membership points into a new Programme.
22.   In addition to deductions for gifts redeemed (as outlined below), the Programme Administrator will deduct from the membership points balance in a participant's account any membership points credited to the participant's account due to any error.
23.   Once a participant has accumulated a certain number of membership points, they will be entitled to redeem their membership points for various gifts from participating retailers at participating shopping centres. Each time a participant attends a participating shopping centre, visits the 'Freebies' Machine and scans their membership card in the manner required, they will be notified on the 'Freebies' machine of what gift or gifts they may redeem based on the number of membership points in the participant's account at that time. To redeem a gift, a participant must follow the instructions on the 'Freebies' machine to select their requested gift/s. A voucher for gift redemption will then be immediately printed from the 'Freebies' machine. The voucher will be issued in the participant's name. The number of membership points required to redeem the selected gift will then be deducted from the membership points balance of the participant's Programme account.
24.   To collect a gift, a participant must then take the issued voucher to the participating retailer or participating shopping centre customer service desk or centre management stated on the voucher and surrender the voucher to staff at the participating retailer, participating shopping centre customer service desk or centre management who will then issue the participant with the gift.
25.   Vouchers are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use (including expiry dates) and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. A voucher will be declared void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
26.   A gift may be subject to additional terms and conditions of a participating retailer. All warranty claims in respect of any gift (if applicable) must be directed toward the applicable manufacturer and not the Programme Administrator or participating shopping centre.
27.   The Programme Administrator has granted participating shopping centres the right to request a participant to produce appropriate photo identification and their Programme membership card (including electronic membership cards stored in the Freebies App) in order to confirm that they are the person named on a voucher, before issuing a gift. If adequate identification is not received by the participating shopping centre or participating retailer to their satisfaction, the participant will not be issued the gift.
28.   Gifts must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Programme Administrator or participating shopping centre accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the receipt of gifts. Independent financial advice should be sought.
29.   All gifts are subject to availability. If any gift or any element of a gift becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Programme Administrator's, participating shopping centre's or a participating retailer's reasonable control, the Programme Administrator, participating shopping centre or participating retailer reserves the right to award a similar gift or gift element of equal or greater value in lieu.
30.   Some gifts may be offered exclusively to one of the membership categories and not to all three at the discretion of the Programme Administrator; 'Customer', 'Centro Staff' or 'Centre Staff'. The 'Freebies' machine and/or Freebies App will only display the gifts available to each membership category.
31.   The Programme Administrator's decision in relation to all aspects of the Programme is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
32.   The Programme Administrator, participating shopping centres and the participating retailers and their associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with their membership to the Programme or their use of a gift, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
33.   Any tax, liability or duty arising from a participant's membership to or participation in the Programme is the responsibility of each participant.
34.   Participating retailers do not have any authority, express or implied, to make any representation, warranty or statement on behalf of the Programme Administrator and the Programme Administrator accepts no liability in respect of such representations, warranties or statements.
35.   Caution: any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the 'Freebies' machine, the Programme Administrator's or participating shopping centre's website or the information on the website, or Freebies App or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Programme may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Programme Administrator reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Programme Administrator suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other legal obligation by a participant, the participant agrees to indemnify the Programme Administrator for those losses, damages and costs.
36.   The Programme Administrator or participating shopping centres are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to a participant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in the Programme or the downloading of any materials related to the Programme.
37.   If for any reason the Programme is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Programme Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Programme, the Programme Administrator reserves the right subject to state regulatory approval to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Programme.
38.   The Programme Administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice. The Programme Administrator will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the Programme on any account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any membership points balance in a participant's account at the time of suspension or termination.
39.   The Programme Administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant's accumulated points without prior notice.
40.   The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a participant to automatically apply for Programme membership, obtain vouchers or claim gifts is prohibited.
41.   The Programme Administrator will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, the Programme, if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Programme Administrator.
42.   All membership applications and any copyright subsisting in the applications become and remain the property of the Programme Administrator. The Programme Administrator collects personal information about a participant to include a participant in the Programme and where appropriate award gifts. If the personal information requested is not provided, the participant may not participate in the Programme. By participating in the Programme, the participant also acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of a participant's personal information by the Programme Administrator is to enable the Programme Administrator to use the information to assist the Programme Administrator, participating retailers and participating shopping centres in improving goods and services and to contact the participant in the future with information on special offers or provide the participant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Programme Administrator may share information with its Australian related companies or promotional partners (including participating shopping centres and participating retailers) who may contact the participant with special offers in this way. By participating in the Programme, the participant agrees that the Programme Administrator may use the participant's personal information in this manner. A participant may gain access to, update or correct any personal information by contacting the Programme Administrator at the address below. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Programme Administrator. A copy of the Programme Administrator's Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of personal information collected is available by contacting the Programme Administrator
